Beware they are not professional! They did not follow proper protocol when mediating my home. Mold was found it should have been tested immediately. High levels of deadly toxic mold was exposed to me and my family. It should have been isolated and contained and we should have been evacuated.

Great price to clean my sofa, chairs, and ottoman! My furniture look and smell so clean. I will definitely use this company again.

The crew showed up on time and were very thorough with the job. They took their time and really cleaned all the registers before putting them back on and cleaned well under the AC return and even put in my replacement filter. Very courteous and cleaned up everything very well. I recommend them for any of your dryer or AC duct cleaning.

I have to leave a negative review. I paid for carpet cleaning services for a townhome I was renting before departing on military orders. My landlord informed me the carpet was left dirty and had a strong musty smell as if dirty water had been used resulting in me, essentially, being charged a second time for further cleaning. I reached out to Service Masters several times about the issue and was very patient. However, I never received a call back upon my last request for one.

It it my perception that Service Masters of Corpus Christi values a few hundred dollars in profit more than they do their reputation. I do not recommend them, especially to any of my fellow service members.
