Chad is an amazingly effective exterminator, prompt for service and a great guy to talk to. He runs his own business and he’s been the best I’ve ever worked with. Would highly recommend him to anyone in the Burleson area and would hope he gets plenty of customers. Especially now that summer is around and bugs are out in full force.

I highly recommend this company! I got about four quotes done to treat termites from big names companies like ABC, Terminex…etc. I called STC and spoke with Chad. Let’s just say, this is a professional and hard working company. They came and did a great JOB! 10 out of 10!

Chad (Owner) with STC Pest & Termite is a true professional, a hard worker and an honest man! I had a squirrel make entry into my attic and decided to give Chad a call to repair the damages the squirrel caused and perform exclusion of my entire home. Chad and his crew came out and got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Chad is a man who takes great pride in his work and will go the extra mile to make sure your happy! He was also very affordable; in fact he charged an average of 1/6th what other 3 companies quoted me for the same work!! Just because he doesn't charge and arm and a leg doesn't mean he won't get the job done right and in a timely manner! I HIGHLY recommend using Chad for any of your pest needs. You WILL NOT regret it, I promise!

Chad was able to come out the same day we called and spent a good amount of time making sure all parts of our house were addressed. Our last pest control service did a lousy job and often just spent 10 minutes at the house barely doing a thing. So it was very refreshing to see Chad take time to do a thorough job treating our house. We are very pleased with his service so far and plan to make him our 'go-to' pest control service! Highly recommend STC!

After experiencing a subterranean termite infestation in a front window sill area, I contacted several of the better termite and pest control companies after reading their reviews. I was impressed with Chad for his quickness in picking up my call, forthrightness, punctuality in keeping two appointments and reasonable pricing. Like many others, he uses Termidor, (both liquid and foam), the top rated product for termite control. He was able to spot treat the infested area (10 feet on either side of the infestation area) for a very reasonable fee, and credit that payment towards a future whole house treatment, which I liked. I have to move a whole pile of split wood before the whole house can be treated, so this worked out best for me. When I asked Chad about another window sill, he inspected it and didn't find cause for immediate concern (i.e., no attempt to upsell). I was impressed with the overall experience and am sure we will have him do the whole house treatment in the not-too-distant future. I recommend Chad of STC Termite and Pest Control.

We had Chad's pest control service in Fort Worth for about a year until we had to move. His service was excellent. He was professional, on time, responded to calls and service promptly, and kept great communication. Neither our pets or we had any health issues with his products, which was a big plus for us. We highly recommend his service.

Treatment failed. These other reviews are dishonest and make me angry. We gave it 100 days and new damage occurred in the exact same area we pointed it out months ago for special treatment to begin. Chad just drilled two holes in the wall, injected foaming chemical and moved on. I inspected and saw there were other tunnels above the drilled holes that would not be in reach of the foam expansion. Now there is new damage in the same area, because of half-done treatment.

I had to end up buying chemicals to do it myself. I will redo the foundation treatment as well. Do not use him; Chad just wants to make a buck. This is your house and your life's savings if you are like most people. Termidor SC is the leading product for exterior treatment, from my research. Find someone who will do it right. Chad did not follow the 6in wide x 6in depth trench protocol, so I will get my shovel out and do it right. Chad, please do not contact, no more chances. Ridiculous. You could tell I was angry when I looked you in the face before Thanksgiving, I wanted to cut a hole and do more inspection of the damage, and more extensive treatment. I don't have time for replies. We will take care of it ourselves.

While I don't like negative reviews, I sincerely hope this helps someone.

I was having an ongoing problem with wasps getting into my house through the fireplace. I contacted Chad and he came out and we discussed the issue. He suggested a solution to solve the problem at its source instead of giving me a bandaid solution that others have done.

He came out with Jorge and did the work and they did an awesome job. They killed the many wasps that were in my fireplace and removed them from my home. They cleaned up the area and left everything nice and clean. I can’t even describe how happy and relieved I am to have this problem resolved. They are very nice people and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing pest control. Top notch!

We had observed a few termite-looking pests at home. Unlike folks from Terminix that immediately tried to scare us into a 1-year contract; Cory was thorough and honest. He told us ours are just winged ants. After reading about the minor physical differences between ants and termites online, we confirmed that Cory was correct. I will absolutely consider him for any future issues.

STC Pest & Termite was recommended to me by a friend and I'm glad they did. We had a rodent problem in our attic and STC came out, sealed the house and set traps to take care of any stray varmints that may have been sealed into the house. They came quickly, treated the attic and a team quickly sealed our home. We're very happy with the service provided.

Chad is the best! We have worked with him for about 3 years. I text him every time I see something crawling where it shouldn’t be 😬😄. He’s taken care of mosquitos, mosquito-like things, crane flies (we had them so badly, and the treatment was so effective!), wasp, ants, you name it. He is so kind and friendly and professional. 1000% recommend!

Excellent quality and communication. We are located in Burleson and have had a few different pool care providers and no one has been as responsive as Clear Impressions. I appreciate that they keep my chemicals at safe levels for my kids and I trust them to keep my pool clean for the summer. If the tech or I notice anything off they immediately have management out to make sure it never becomes an issue for me.

We love the pool robot they sold us as well. We have a lot of trees and the robot they sold me keeps my pool clean between service.

I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews these days, but I’ve used a few different pool companies over the years here in Burleson, and the difference in quality is worth mentioning.

Clear Impressions is incredibly consistent with their service and our pool always looks clean and clear. You can tell they actually care about doing things the right way and spend time making sure things look great, not just rushing through a quick visit.

What really stands out, though, is the communication. They text when they’re on the way and send us an email after the stop is complete with chemical readings and pictures. If they find leaks or broken equipment, they point out potential issues before they become expensive problems, and are quick to respond if we have questions. It’s rare to find a company that’s this reliable and easy to work with.

If you’re in Burleson and want your pool taken care of properly without having to think about it, I’d highly recommend Clear Impressions. They really care about their customers.

Clear impressions is the best pool service provider I have experienced thus far in my experience. They communicate extremely well, telling us when they will be there or when they’re on their way, they explain things very well for any question I have had, customer service is exceptional! The quality the leave the pool with is simply perfect, I’ve had so many pool companies “clean” the pool and it’s still not up to my standards, Clear Impressions is the only one I have personally had experience with that ACTUALLY gives you a CLEAN pool. Can not recommend enough!!
