After the freeze in February, it was difficult to find a service that could repair our equipment...until Water Tex! The communication was the best, letting us know the status of parts, service calls, etc. Jason replaced our equipment and was so professional and caring. I will definitely use them for all future pool work!

I had WaterTex Pools come out to diagnose my variable speed pool pump. Jason was the technician that came to my doorstep. He was very professional (even had a killer beard), and quickly found out that the breaker at my electric panel was the culprit for the pump not working. Since this was a call through my home warranty he asked for an electrician to come make the fix. Afterwards he gave me some valuable pool tips for my pump during the winter time. All I all,
I had a great experience with this company, and would recommend using them to fix, diagnose, or even take care of your pool.

WaterTex Pools was assigned to my home warranty claim. They were GREAT! Kept in contact with me by phone and text and worked the service in on a Saturday afternoon in August when my pool had been off for an entire week to get it up and running! I was even out of town for the repair and they texted me a picture of the filter replacement and left it running overnight like I asked! Would definitely recommend highly and use them again!

My home warranty dispatched my failing filter unit to Watertex. Matt was very efficient and professional, even with parts shortages he was back the next day installed the new unit and left it better than he found it. I highly recommend this company and especially Matt

Water Tex Pools was used to repair an issue with a pool pump and timer via a home warranty company. I was not sure how good this company would be since the first company sent out refused to service the issue because of a few wasps flying around in the pool room. However, the person from Water Tex Pools arrived on time, and fixed both issues in about 25 minutes and the pump and pool timer have been working great since (almost a month). And, there were a couple of wasps that flew into the pool room during the repair and we both basically laughed at that one. These people will do great work with wasps or without wasps.

Water Tex Pools was prompt, knowledgeable and professional installing a new Salt System for our pool. John was quick to respond to our request for a quote and scheduling was very quick. Our Technician Jason was excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He did a nice and clean installation and made sure all of our questions were answered. Would highly recommend Water Tex Pools!

This company was dispatched on a home warranty claim. Payton came out because I have reported a leak in the pool. Payton is a nice guy, and I appreciate the time he took to look at what was going on. Payton told me the leak was likely in the skimmer. When he submitted information back to the home warranty company, the said there "underground". This, of course, causes the home warranty company to automatically deny the claim. I called the office and spoke to a man who did not identify himself, and explained that I would like for the report to be updated and remove the word "underground". He told me that "all warranty companies will deny the claim" and there is "no way to update it, it was already sent in an email".

Using the word "underground" is going to automatically deny a claim, and WaterTex Pools knows this. Secondly, while you may deal with a lot of home warranty companies, you do not know the specific verbiage of my contract and never asked what it said. It is possible that I could have this covered by the warranty -- except (again) we used the word "underground". I cannot get the leak detection done because WestTex Pools chose to use a word that they know will get the claim denied.

I am only rating this as 2 stars simply because Payton is a nice guy.

Was very happy with my pool repair. My system was old and not generating enough water circulation and sweeper not working right. I just knew I needed a new system. Jason came and fixed it very promptly. New system would have been $1000’s but he fixed and said I should get a few more years out of it. Also I had wrong sweeper. Suggested a cheaper one that I had before and he was right. They know their stuff and we’re honest. If someone is not honest, I would give 1 star and let you know. Honesty is very high in my standards.

We are new to the pool community and called our warranty company because we thought our pump wasnt working. They set us up with WaterTex Pools and they were awesome. I got a call right away. He was able to come much sooner so I was really happy about this. He came to find out it was something we were doing wrong. He was very patient with us and told us step by step what we needed to do and taught us how to service our pool. I will use them again for sure.

As a first time pool owner I didn’t know much about pools or the maintenance required for pools. I was nervous when the big freeze came in Feb because of the damage it may have done to my pool. WaterTex really was my security blanket all throughout the process of getting my pool back up and running. They were SUPER responsive, VERY honest, and VERY knowledgeable. We ended up have some cracked pipes and a blown motor, but WaterTex ordered the parts and quickly installed everything needed to get back up and running. And since then, I’ve called on them for a bunch of small things just to ease my concerns that something wasn’t broken. I TRUST WaterTex, and that says a lot in the pool biz. They are fantastic people who I am thankful for. Highly recommend WaterTex!!

Excellent customer service! Jason was assigned to me on a warranty claim to fix my spa. This man knows his stuff and is very straight forward in his assessments. Did I mention he was the 3rd opinion and the first one to be able to demonstrate a solution? Highly recommend - 5/5 stars.

Fantastic service, great people. I had these guys out to my home for a warranty repair request. Jason took his time and was very meticulous in identifying the root cause of issues with my pool. Two hours later, he had identified several things that needed attention. It seems that similar pool contractors may rush a bit to find one thing to key on. Not Jason. Slow and steady. As a result, my pool is completely 'tuned up' and ready for the summer ahead. Can't say more good things about this company, their people and their work ethic. Highest recommendation. Kudos.

Watertex pool service did a great job .They were very informative in communicating the issue and even helped to explain how to perform future preventitive maintenance. The tech William was prompt and proffesional. Im so glad they work with my home warranty company , but either way they are going to be called in the future. Most people only post with negative reviews when their upset , remember that ....Call them they are good

Our pool pump when out. Originally our home warranty company scheduled a technician with a different company to come out... he no showed. Luckily, WaterTex came to the rescue and sent Brett out. He was great, instantly knew what the issue was and took care of it right away. Even gave me some pointers on how to maintain the pool moving forward. Great guy, great company. Thank you for your help WaterTex.

Jason was awesome. To start with, he was very flexible with scheduling to accommodate my work schedule. Once he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem, and completed the repairs as soon as they were approved by my warranty company. Finally, he provided me with some very helpful advice for getting my pool condition back on track.

Jason was amazing. Truly helped me understand the issues and told me how to continue to care for the pool. He broke everything down for me to understand easily. Will definitely keep using them. I have found a my forever pool company! I highly recommend this company, and Jason specifically!! What an amazing company!!!
