Heston was out within a few hours to explain to me the whole operation of the pool and spa and answered all my questions. I will use them for my weekly servicing. Great people

Had a clear plan to have pool ready for Memorial Day weeks in advance and then someone messed up and came today and treated then we are told can use u til Tuesday clearly people want there pool ready for things like this and they just basically said oops sorry nothing we can do now. I will never use this company again

Have used these folks for years always very satisfied. Recently I had a leak in my pump (that they installed a year ago) I called them up to investigate and repair. “$150 service call, but the price will be deducted from the repair” Ok, that is more common now a days so I agreed. They came out, stated I needed new seals and would order them. Then they send me a bill for $312. I called and told them I think they failed to take the service call off, since a seal kit is only about $30. They at first admitted the error so I paid them $162. Three weeks later, and several cancellations, they show up and put the seal kit on. Then they send me another bill for $162. I told them I already paid the $162. They stated the full bill was $312.THATS A PRICE FOR A NEW PUMP, and they charged me that for a seal kit replacement. I tried to explain that number did not make sense but they insisted. I told them if they hold me to this our rations price I would pay, but no longer do business with them. She didn’t care, so I paid.
Today, about three weeks later I go to clean my filter and found my pump leaking. I took a picture and sent it to them. “Over $300 paid and my pump is still leaking!”

Her reply, straight of my text message: “ I understand how frustrating a new leak can be. After reviewing the situation, we've determined this new leak isn't connected to the work we did. We can't resolve this for you.”

I called them out for a leaking pump and they charged $150 to fix what? PART of the problem???

Who does business like this??!

After many years working with this company I can no longer recommend, but instead, give warning. Apparently separating people from their money is their main priority. Not long term relationships. It is very unfortunate.

Call these guys for responsive professional service done right. Their industry knowledge is evident the moment you meet but most of all you'll appreciate how respectful they are of your property and equipment. You'll feel confident that you're getting the right work done for the right price without worrying that they'll create a mess in the process. As a Realtor my reputation is on the line when I refer a contractor, these guys have been my only pool reference for years and they always make my customers happy.

Jason was quick to diagnose and fix the issue. He was great to chat with. He ensured that everything is working well before he left. I would hire them again even if I am not going through my warranty company.

Matt from WaterTex Pools was awesome! He listened to my concerns and then went above and beyond to find source of my problem. When done, my filter/pump was running perfectly! The best part, he was honest and didn't try to upsell me on something unnecessary. I liked the service so much that I had a WaterTex Service sticker placed on my pump so I know who to call next time.
