Denco Air Conditioning is outstanding! The quality of work that Denver performs is beyond outstanding and prices are better than any place I have used. I had 2 units installed and could not be happier. Denver is extremely knowledgeable and does not do any unncessary work.

I cannot recommend Denver Denco high enough. I had been living all summer in this Texas heat of 110 degrees every day, without AC. Two repairmen from different companies came out from Choice Home Warranty
Company. Both repairmen said it wouldn't be fixable and the warranty company would not approve anything. It was a nightmare. I have health issues and my health was declining from overwhelming heat in our home. Denver heard our plight and he went into action. He got us up and running quickly and made our lives much better! He was our AC Angel! He is courteous and an amazing technician. What a blessing that he is smart enough to fix what others couldn't. Thanks Denver!!

Did a horrible job! He didn't fix the problem and left a mess behind that he refused to clean up. Charges more than double compared to other companies and his gimmick is financing. Never call him up!

1. Postpones job start date by 1 day due to feeling “lightheaded”, how convenient that it just happened to be a Monday.

2. Started Tuesday.

3. Arrives late Wednesday due to oversleeping yet doesn’t send his workers.

4. No call no show Thursday due to being in hospital yet doesn’t send his workers because they started another job before finishing mine.

5. Shows up super early Friday when we’re not even at the shop.

7. Half azz job on drainage conduit.

8. Later found out power wire is warm/hot because he used too thin of a wire gauge for 240v

This company/guy is very disorganized, and the epitome of unprofessional and unsafe.

Update: 10/2/2025- Had another Hvac company inspect his work after it stopped cooling. Found leaks and is costing me $1400 extra.

Joe Cools is the only AC & heating company for us. They’re always prompt, professional & reasonable. 😃

The technician was able to immediately diagnose the problem & within 30 minutes we had air again! And he had a great sense of humor!

Highly recommend! After another company over charged our unit, Joe came out corrected the issue and our system was working perfectly by the next morning!

Joe cool always treats me right. He fixed my A/C in less than 5 minutes. He's been here 3 or 4 times over the years and he's always been friendly and helpful.

These guys are terrific! They have been out to our house by Lake Arlington twice. I had water leaking down the air intake to the air handler. I feared the worst. Turns out that the air handler was installed incorrectly. Joe had the guys re-hang the air handler, problem solved! Well done!

They were able to diagnose the problem and have our AC fixed within 20 minutes of arrival. Awesome experience!! Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly!

This company does nothing but tells lies. They were out on a service call and was very rude. They told both me and my wife the problem was our thermostat thats why the ac was malfunctioning,but when I called my warranty company they told them it was nothing wrong everything works fine. Now I have to get another company to come out because they lied to my warranty company. I would not recommend this company. But that just my two cents.

Installed an A/C at our place of business. Freezes up constantly.

Installed heat pump at residence. Coil blew up a few years later. Joe showed up immediately talking about how it had the old freon and we should replace it even though the coil was still under warranty because we still would have to pay for labor and freon and the old freon is expensive. I asked him why he sold my wife a heat pump with the old freon just a few years ago, and he commenced to crawfishing. Sure enough, there was a big old sticker on the side nearest our back door (the unit is about five feet from it) that said it used the new freon. He changed his quote from $1,800 to $1,200. I told him that if I had sold a system that blew up while under warranty, I would give the customer a break on the labor cost. Ticked him off, but he dropped the price to a mere $1,000. I got rid of him and called another HVAC man. Got the job done for $400. We had noted that when we changed the thermostat from "Heat" to "Emergency Heat", the heater came on and ran continuously. We came home and the temperature in the house was way over eighty degrees. The guy who replaced the coil for $400 discovered that Joe Cool had miswired the thermostat, causing the problem. We have a rent house where Joe had installed a heat pump, and our tenant called to tell us there was a problem and that THAT unit also ran continuously when on emergency heat. Obviously, not only is the guy more interested in selling something than taking care of his customers, he doesn't even know how to wire a thermostat.

Run, do not walk, away from this guy.

(Note: my wife is a little old lady who has a 'guy' for each of the trades. Once she has a 'guy', she trusts them totally and never asks any questions. This guy thought that he would just stroll in and sell a little old lady a heat pump she didn't need. I simply cannot stand people like this.)

Just got our hvac system replaced and this company is the best! Joe, Sherri and installers were honest, reliable and gave us a great deal! He will try his best to be there for you and help you out just like he did with us!

Was sent by our home warranty company. Found the issue immediately and was able to fix it in about 30 minutes for the entire call. Very professional. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about Joe and Sheri! What special people they are. My mom is 83 and LOVES Joe and he was her hero once again. During 105 plus temps her AC went out. Joe saved the day once again.
