We asked our home warranty company to switch our assigned HVAC contractor to Joe Cool’s based on reviews. We were not disappointed. The person who called us was so courteous and helpful. Joe showed up and diagnosed the issue right away. Communication was excellent while we waited for the part to arrive. Joe fixed the problem correctly and we are so happy. Highly recommended!

Terrible customer service. Went to home warranty for nothing. Would not recommend service from this establishment. Ensure that everything is working properly before the technician leaves!!!!!

First cold spell of the year and the heater didn’t work. Everyone was shivering all night long. I couldn’t do anything about it because I work 12 hr night shifts. I contacted my home warranty and got referred to Joes. Tho a worse cold front was coming so waiting the allotted “24 business hour” time frame to contact us given by the home warranty company. I Contacted Joes at 8 am after I worked all night and explained my urgency. I was met by a delightful woman who answered the phone that I later was informed was Joe’s wife. They scheduled an appointment same day. I got a couple hours of sleep and Joe showed up that evening and troubleshot our issues and fixed them. We are nice and cozy. Joe explained everything he was doing and was pleasant and professional. If I couldn’t go through home warranty, I would choose this company again for any HVAC needs.

My ac unit is over 25 years old so I have AHS for this reason. Joe Cool was assigned to me on a service call and have always done a great job. Any time I need service I request them, Joe told me it was just a matter time before I would have to replace the complete unit. That time came this month...Joe and Sherry are great people, professional, honest and worked with me and my crazy work schedule to get my new unit in at a great price and fast. Thanks and would and will recommend this company to all my friends and co workers..

Great job fast and the Service Tech Joe was fantastic explained what happened and fixed it quick and perfectly. Checked out the system to be sure no other issues. Great office lady who called and let me know timing on arrival...very personable...highly recommend this company

Total professionals. From setting the appointment with a friendly scheduler and having Joe show up on time in a narrow time window, not all day or even half day but a small two hour window, to his friendly thorough diagnosis and repair it was a pleasure all around.

Sheri and Joe from Joe Cool's Cooling and Heating are amazing! Joe is honest, knowledgeable, professional and handled our AC issue quickly and with great expertise. Unfortunately we had an issue with the previous company our warranty sent out, they said our AC needed things that it didn't, things they knew warranty did not cover and tried to make money off of us. Luckily we demanded our warranty company send out Joe Cool's and he knew just what the issue was and how to fix it! From now on we will only be working with Joe Cool's. If you have AC issues contact Joe Cool's and if you have a home warranty company demand that they only send out Joe Cool's for your AC needs! Thank you!!!

Joe Cool's is by far the best HVAC company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and unfortunately I have had to deal with many. I was having ongoing issues with my main A/C unit that just weren't getting fixed, or were "fixed" improperly. Unfortunately I was going through American Homeshield (that is an entirely different battle) and the techs they kept sending to my house either didn't have adequate knowledge of what they were doing, or just flat out didn't care. After the 8th call (literally) to AHS, they sent out Joe. In one service call he was able to fix what 5 techs from two different companies could not. He is a no fuss type of guy, and will fix the issue the right way, the first time. If you are dealing with an issue through your insurance, my advice is to do everything you can to get them to use Joe Cool's. If you are paying out of pocket, I strongly encourage you to call Joe. I know HVAC issues can be expensive, but going through Joe Cool's will be well worth it in the long run.

Joe came by and replaced the capacitor on our outside condensing unit. It worked for about a week. He told me to call him as there was a 30 day guarantee period. When our A/C unit went out again, I called and was told to call the home warranty company again to do a recall, when he specifically told me them directly. When I called I was told they wouldn’t be able to be here till Tuesday. Also that we had to call AHS to file another claim. This is flat out ridiculous. So we called AHS and did an emergency claim. The new company came out in less than 24 hours and told us that it was not the capacitor. It was a short in the wire on the inside air handling unit. If Joe would have done his due diligence we wouldn’t have lost A/C a week later. I do not recommend using this company at all. They only want to file claim after claim so they can make more money while we have to pay more premiums.

Joe Cool A/C and Heating is not so cool.

Was assigned this technician through my home warranty company for a heating tune up. The technician did not initially know he was there for a tune up, and did not seem to be at my residence long enough to have completed all the steps on the list. A few days later I go to get in my attic and realize the string has been snapped off and the wood around two bolts connecting the door to the attic stairs is shattered. I contacted my warranty company, which I thought was the required step and was told to contact Joe Cool's, but was told they would not repair the damage they caused due to my negative review (which was valid and only on the warranty site.) I was told my the woman on the phone the technician just forgot to tell me he damaged the door, which is crazy that an adult would forget that information mere minutes after doing it and it was somehow not mentioned when he said he was finished immediately after closing the door. They then told the warranty company they only broke the string to the attic door when there is clearly more damage. I do not recommend doing any business with this company.

I can’t thank Sheri and Joe enough for saving us MONEY. I was told by 2 companies previously that our zone board went out and it was $1900 or $1400 with the other company. I talked with Sheri and told her what I was told by other companies being the issue. She was able to give me an estimate over the phone IF that was really the problem. I set up an appointment and Joe came out. After review, Joe stated it’s not the zone board, wiring is bad!! You talk about honesty!! Joe could’ve went with what I told him but he was HONEST. I will never use another company, ever again. We can’t thank you enough!!

Joe is incredibly trustworthy and knowledgeable. I'm glad my insurance company sent him for a second opinion. The other company, whom my insurance sent first, told me that I needed to replace my zone-board, which had only been replaced 5 months prior, as well as possibly something else. This was not covered by my insurance.
Joe Cooling simply fixed the wire placement errors. Thank you so much, Joe; the heater is working great this cold winter.

Our AC was making a loud screeching noise in Crowley. I thought the compressor was dead. The tech from Dynamic HVAC Solutions found it was just a bad fan motor bearing. He replaced the motor, and it's quiet again. He saved us thousands by fixing the specific part.
