I highly recommend and trust Terry with my appliance repairs and purchases. He is honest about his recommendations and know his stuff! We bought a Speed Queen and have had a great experience with the quality of the product.

I had a problem with my washer and Terry came out and explained that our washer wasn't really worth fixing, so we decided to buy a new washer from him. Terry is by far the best appliance repair/ sales and service company. When he came out to install the new washer he took his time to explain how the new washer worked. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

In short this is the only guy to call for your appliance needs. He's been doing this for 55 years and it shows, he know all things about the appliance and their application for your use scenario. His price was better than every other company out there. He is honest about everything, almost too polite and respectful that has seem to be lost nowadays. He will explain the appliance to you and take as much time as you need to understand it and the best maintenance tips. Choosing him is the best thing you could do, a great no bs guy that makes you feel good knowing you weren't just a "sale" but an actual person taken care of.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST... PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU SPEND MONEY FOR NOTHING... This place charged 65$ for them coming down here with false information. We needed our washer fixed, we bought the right part for the lid lock and they told us it was the wrong part and that they knew what they were talking about. This guy went on for 20 minutes about how he was an appliance genie, and has been in the bussiness for over 30 years. A guy came the next day(different company) and fixed our whole washer cor cheaper. And he said it was the right part and everything. PLEASE READ THIS MORE... We called back for our money back and how they gave us false info, and they hung up in my face, and when i tried to call back, they ignored every call. AVOID PLEASE THEY DIDNT GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK AND LIED TO US.

Came out to fix our Dishwasher, told us they ordered the part and would return to fix it. We turned on the dishwasher & boom, same issue, it flooded our floor, so we called the warranty company who sent them out for the repair, they sent a second opinion to find out the never fixed the part, so we spoke to the manager, he claimed they fixed the seal. Lies on top of lies, now we have to repair the floor, because they claim the 2nd opinion is fixing something totally different. BEWARE THEY ARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY. Even the warranty company said this was the last of them COMPLETE, problems with them over & over.

I needed an EV charging port installed. They were extremely professional and did excellent work. I would highly recommend them.

Very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything clearly on the install of the plug for my EV. I like how they use heavier duty outlets for EVs instead of the outlets they use for your dryer/ovens

Andrew did a great job troubleshooting issues that I have had for years quickly and efficiently. He is very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done in a way that was easily understood. He also was able to offer solutions for other things I mentioned without making me feel like I was being sold services I did not need or scaring. He also arrived promptly and communicated arrival time, which was very respectful of my time.

He arrived on time. Same day we called. Seemed very knowledgeable about our electrical problem. He solved the problem quickly. I think what he charged was a fair price.
