Constraction reviews in Cypress, Texas

I can’t say enough good things about Edgar and his assistant from Steemers USA! They did an absolutely amazing job cleaning the tile and grout in my home. After they worked their magic, my floors look brand new.

Edgar was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the entire process. He and his assistant were meticulous, making sure every inch of tile was spotless. The grout, which had become dark and dingy, is now bright and clean again! They even gave me helpful tips on how to maintain the results.

If you need tile and grout cleaning, Steemers USA is the way to go. Edgar and his team are top-notch, and I’ll definitely be calling them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Great Service and definitely worth doing. Our floors have been walked on by 2 large dogs and 3 kids for over 5 years and we’re in rough shape. Edgar came out and gave a in person walk through and quote. Our Tile looks like brand new. We couldn’t t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!!!

I recently interviewed three different companies about deep cleaning and removing pet odors (urine) from the floors in my rental property. Edgar was by far the most knowledgeable about the process (including additional suggestions on getting the smell out of the house) and he even gave me tips on what to look for and ask about with the other companies I was interviewing. We ultimately selected Steemers USA to do the work. We are very pleased with how the floors turned out. I highly recommend this company!!

I highly recommend! They did a great job on sealing my tile. Showed up on time and kept in communication. They are quick and professional.

Edgar and his team were great and made the whole process smooth. We just closed on our house and he was able to answer all of our questions and ensure each area was covered. I highly recommend for those looking to protect their flooring. We look forward to working with them again for future projects

I was told that our sealant would last 3-7 years. It didn’t even last a month!! I paid nearly $2000 for my entire home to be sealed and I am finding that many places were missed or not done at all. I was not home at the time of service so who knows what corners were cut, but I am finding many!! I have reached out to express my disappointment in the work that was done and was told they’d need to charge me to clean my floors and then would reseal for free. This is a BRAND NEW build. There are a couple spots from construction that were dark and I explained to SteemersUSA that I wasn’t concerned with them. This is not a matter of dirty grout, it’s a matter of the grout they said they sealed, allowing spills to seep in, and not beading as they should- IF the grout was sealed. They also had to come back out a couple days later to redo my entire shower because water was seeping in all my shower grout.

I have attached photos of my grout that is obviously not sealed, and some grout that was- as you can see the water doesn’t penetrate but beads on the grout, along with screenshots from their TikTok which shows sealed vs unsealed grout, for reference. I’ve also attached a photo from the solution’s website that they use, stating the sealant should last for years.

I am furious that $2000 is DOWN THE DRAIN!!!

*and to add- our builder left some grout haze on some of the tile. SteemersUSA told me the ONLY way to remove the haze was if I spent $4000 on an acid wash. Thank goodness I looked into this further because the haze came off with vinegar water and a good scrubbing!! They are thieves!!!

Another fine job, first time was to clean our floors in our old house and this time was to seal our grout joints and seal our countertops in our new house. Edgar was very fast and efficient.

Edgar and his team provided amazing service. We hired him to grout seal our new construction home and epoxy the garage. He had great communication and was very punctual. I have already sent his info to numerous family/friends. I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out!

I have used Steemers twice now, once for my house and another for my son’s house. Both times they did a fantastic job. They are reasonably priced but most importantly do quality work. They care about the outcome. They are now my go to place for any tile cleaning.

I contacted Steemers USA for a free estimate for tile and grout cleaning. Edgar came by and gave us a quote that sounded fair to us and we scheduled them to come out the following week. They showed up on time and was very professional and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. Attached is a before and after photo.

Highly recommend Edgar and his team for sealing your home and epoxy the garage. We just moved into a home and had them come seal the house. We are super please with the work for both. Communication was great and very nice team! Will be using them in the future for any other needs!

Had the grout in my kitchen area and 1 bathroom cleaned and color sealed today and it looks amazing!! I have always kept my floor clean but the darker grout in some places always made it look dirty. Now that's it's sealed i can mop and not worry about the water staining the grout. Edgar and his team were super courteous and efficient! Answered all our questions and gave a great price. Scheduling my moms house soon!! Seal your grout!!!

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Edgar and his team were very professional, honest, friendly and very respectful. They were very thorough with their work and even went above and beyond by doing a little extra work in the Master Bathroom (which wasn’t necessary, but I am so grateful and appreciate what Edgar did!) I just want to thank Edgar and Steemers USA Tile and Grout Cleaning for their exceptional service overall and dedication to making sure the their customers are satisfied and taking care of. Thank you guys for everything! Happy Holidays!

I’ve been following this company on Instagram for a while, so when it was time to get my grout sealed, they were the first ones I called. When I reached out to Steemers USA, Edgar responded quickly and scheduled a time to meet at the house. He provided a free, reasonable quote, and was even able to complete the job the same day. Great experience all around!

I highly recommend Edgar’s company to clean, grout, and seal the floors. He was quick to respond and was punctual and communicative when coming out to give us an estimate and to begin the cleaning. He was present during the cleaning and he and his crew took their time and did a thorough job taking care of my floors. I chose the color grout option and was very happy with the result. The kids thought the floor was brand new. Edgar was also very informative about the care of the floors among other things. He took his time to explain and was patient. Great work!

Wow! Very impressed by Edgar! He cleaned, and sealed our grout and gave us a beautiful epoxy garage floor. He was very knowledgeable and kept us updated and informed about what he was doing & double checking everything. Will definitely use them again in the future! If you’re in the cypress area - definitely make these guys your first call!

We have tile that is a magnet for dirt and our grout had gotten dark overtime. I bought a steam machine but just doing the dining room got me exhausted. I looked up places and found Steemers USA and after watching some of their videos on Tik tok decided to get them to do my whole house. They did both bathroom floors, showers, dining room, living room, entry, kitchen, both hallways and out laundry room and everything looks amazing! Edgar did a quote for use before booking and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions while he took measurements. We were originally gonna do a clear seal but he showed us the color options for grout (a bunch) and he found one that actually complimented our floors better and made the tile and grout blend. I posted a before and after picture. Edgar and his partner were great and left it all looking amazing. They forgot one little line which is no big deal because they leave you with a little bottle of colored sealer for touch ups so it took me like 30 second to paint it in lol would highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

We recently had our tile flooring and grout cleaned and sealed by Steemers USA. They did a wonderful job! All the stains were removed and our floors look brand new again. Edgar was our technician, he was polite, honest and answered all of our questions. He walked us through the process and showed us progress along the way while he was cleaning. He was great! We had requested quotes from various companies and Steemers USA was the best when it came to price and communication. 100% would recommend. We will have them back in 2-3 years when maintenance cleaning is due again!

Edgar and team were very responsive, communicated clearly, and best of all did a great job on our floors! They were very careful with our furniture and placed them back exactly where they originally were. We are very satisfied with the steam cleaning and color sealing - yes it’s the same color as the original grout! We’re happy to recommended them to others in our community! Very very happy with the outcome!!! Below is a before and after!

Antonio was awesome! Runs a great company.. service was top notch!

So professional and helpful. Thanks One Call!!!
