Working with Luxe Outdoors on our backyard transformation was wonderful. We had a fence and driveway gate installed, along with a pool including decking and landscaping. In my opinion, communication is most important and with Luxe, communication throughout the entire project was great. They were helpful and patient when I wavered between design and material choices. I am so glad I didn't go with a big company pool "factory" because they were able to give me the attention without me having to jump through hoops just to leave a message with an office manager. You will not regret giving Luxe a try.

Jose was our project manager he always answered his phone and yes I was one of those clients I was very much involved with our project I have been an structural inspector for more than 35 years and I was very protective of this project he was very gracious with my feed back even when I was over bearing. He always listen to my concerns and took action and made sure all aspects of the project exceeded my expectations. My wife and I are so very happy with the results and our design came to life because of his dedication and perfection of the end result of our project. I’ve been apart of a lot of projects throughout my career and ours was seamless and I know it was because of our professional project manager of luxe outdoor. We recently had the pleasure of engaging Luxe Outdoors LLC to design and install an in-ground pool and sauna/hot tub, as well as an outdoor kitchen and covered patio. Our experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the initial planning and design stages to final build and installation, every aspect of their service exuded professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

The Luxe team took the time to understand our vision and preferences, offering valuable insights and suggestions to enhance the design. When it came to execution, they left no stone unturned. Wow, what an experience with Luxe Outdoors! We were on the fence about building a pool and we are so glad we did. From the pool design, to the install, to the final finishes, the Luxe team took the time to make sure our questions got answered. It’s one thing to build a pool, but it’s another to understand all the moving parts and design elements that go into the final product. We really appreciated the time Jose, Tia, Courtney, Katie and John took to explain things along the way. The sub-contractors they used for the install were great as well. We just completed our pool and could not be more impressed with the company we chose for the project. Luxe Outdoors came highly recommended by several friends, and I now understand why they insisted that we should use Luxe Outdoors.

Firstly, our designer Jon is very easy to work with and accommodated our schedule for meetings and all the changes required. He generated several designs for our specific back yard and had great ideas on shape and layout. Jon also adjusted the final design to fit our budget and was a consistent professional. Our designer Katie was also a huge asset. We had a vague idea of what we wanted our pool to look like or even the options available. She patiently worked with us to make sure we were happy with all the selections. From decking to plaster color she helped us make the pool look great.

Jose was the project manager. We are so lucky to have him oversee this build. Jose was onsite daily to ensure that everything went smoothly and done correctly. Not only did he ensure that we were happy and understood the process but managed each crew for their individual personalities. The people Luxe has working with them are the very best. We did not wait one single day for any subs. The tile and coping crew were especially talented – we could not be happier with our water feature and tile. I was also impressed with the attention to my back yard and house after the project. A great landscape team got the yard back in shape and Luxe Outdoors even sent several people to clean my porch and outdoor kitchen after the pool was complete.

I was very nervous about making this large investment and something going wrong or being done incorrectly. During the final walk-through Jose asked if I thought our pool would be this beautiful. Not in our wildest dreams did we envision such an awesome pool. We are constantly asking ourselves “Is this really our backyard.”

We contracted Luxe Outdoors to do our side yard, we extended our patio, added a pergola and astro turf. Luxe Outdoors made the entire process enjoyable, they were very communicative, helpful and they stayed on track of the project. Once we got to the construction phase, their guys were here bright and early every single morning! They did a beautiful job. 10/10 would recommend. We look forward to working with them again.

I'm a first time pool owner, I can not say enough on how super happy my wife and are on the build of the pool and fire pit. Luxe-outdoors was great people to work with. But I will say that the project manager Jose has gone every step to insure we where happy with the out come. Every request every punch list item was completed to the fullest and had the best and most friendliness attitude. "Thank you Jose", I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to do outside remodeling.

From the design phase with John through the construction phase with Jose and the various crews, installing our pool and outdoor kitchen with Luxe has been a fantastic experience!

1 Star – Disappointing Follow-Up Service from Luxe Outdoors

While the initial pool build by Luxe Outdoors looked great, the follow-up experience has been extremely disappointing. I’ve contacted them multiple times—specifically three times over the last four months—regarding an issue with the concrete that needs to be fixed. Each time, I’ve been told that someone would come out to take care of it, but no one has ever shown up.

I understand that delays can happen, but four months with no action and repeated broken promises is unacceptable. Good customer service doesn’t end after the project is completed. I had hoped for better responsiveness and accountability from a company that presents itself as a luxury service provider.

I wouldn’t recommend Luxe Outdoors based on this experience

Luxe did my backyard project and installed an in ground pool & spa, fire wall, outdoor kitchen, AND new full patio extension on my home.

WE LOVE OUR BACKYARD. Luxe was one of many quotes that we got, but the customer service was so superior to the others that there was no doubt they were the right fit. At initial consult, John was attentive and it was clear he listened to our wants and needs because the design he came up with was so far superior to everyone else.

This is our second in ground gunite pool/spa build and I can’t speak any higher of how much better the experience was with Luxe. Not only did they manage the process seamlessly, they remained available to us through tight the process and have been responsive to all of my post build follow up questions.

On top of the amazing customer service, the value for what we got was exceptional. I was concerned about our backyard budget going into the quote process and once I saw the impeccable design by Luxe I was like there is no way we will be in budget. To my surprise, it was! John meticulously built a plan for our backyard that incorporated every element we wanted.

John, Jose, and Courtney were exceptional to work with. If you are on the fence, this is the right place to do business with. I tell everyone willing to listen and hope you give them a shot!

I recently hired Luxe Outdoors to build a pool in our backyard and was very pleased with the overall experience. Their pricing was fair and transparent, which I appreciated from the start. They were responsive to my requests and easy to communicate with throughout the project. The work was done exactly as agreed, and they made sure that every task outlined was completed to satisfaction. It's clear they take pride in doing things right. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would recommend to others.

We highly recommend Luxe Outdoors. We recently completed our pool and patio project and the end product exceeded our expectations. Where other companies saw our yard layout as a challenge, John Scarborough didn’t flinch. He delivered a design that maximized the size of the pool and spa and fits perfectly in the space.

Pricing was transparent and competitive and the timeline was reasonable. John also quickly adapted to some HOA constraints to make that approval process as smooth as possible.

As with any construction, the build process was not without small setbacks. Jose, our Project Manager, kept in close contact and everything was always resolved. The project was completed on schedule and I never felt nickel and dimed with unexpected costs.

The tile crew was especially noteworthy for their beautiful work, as was Melvin who did excellent details on our patio door and pergola.
