The Luxe team got us from dig to plaster in just 24 days. Our salesman and designer went over every possibility so our contract anticipated all our ideas so everything went smoothly with no delays or changes during the project. We had a fantastic experience working with Lux Pools on our pool construction. The design process was great and very collaborative, the sales/negotiating process was straightforward and they were reasonable with their quotes, and finally the construction process was excellent. Our project manager Aaron was fantastic. He was knowledgeable of the construction process and available at all times to discuss any questions, concerns or issues that we had. I would highly recommend Lux and Aaron for any future pool projects.

If you’ve never owned a pool or been through the pool-building process (we haven’t), the whole thing can be a bit intimidating. We interviewed five pool builders to build a pool, kitchen, and living space, ultimately going through the final design phase and bid process with three of them. We heard about Luxe Outdoors through word of mouth and, as early as our first meeting with John, we were very glad we did.

We knew some of what we wanted but were really looking for help with design elements and some guidance on how to best utilize our relatively small backyard. We knew we wanted to add some living space along with the pool, and we knew we wanted it to blend seamlessly with our existing patio. Luxe did a great job helping us see what the space was capable of and presented us with some ideas that were unique among the bidders.

Permitting in The Woodlands can be a bit tedious, to put it lightly. The Luxe team exceeded my expectations in managing the interactions with the Township and ultimately bringing the vision to life. There were several potential sticking points in our plan but it all came together in the end.

Luxe kept our project on time and on budget – no surprise change orders or major schedule delays. The number of specialized trades involved in these projects is amazing – all of which were lined up efficiently, allowing them to stay out of each other’s way and keep the project progressing every week.

Our foreman, Jose, was on-site for all of the major milestones, checking up after each crew finished their piece of the project. Most importantly, Jose was responsive every time we reached out to him with questions or concerns.

One thing to know about the pool building process is that every one of these projects is going to encounter unexpected challenges along the way. Make sure you go with a company that’s equipped to address issues quickly, and the right way.
We really enjoyed our experience with Luxe Outdoors, from the initial consult to the final cleanup and photo session. Now we just count down the days until pool season!

We are absolutely in love with work Luxe did to bring our backyard dreams to life. They have a personal feel with a powerhouse team and technology of a large scale company.

Initial Design: John, the owner, came out and took down what our goals were for the space. Had a fantastic vision that he shared with TJ, our designer, who built us magic. They were patient, kind, and listened to every one of our needs. They encouraged feedback and took no hard feelings when we asked to shift things around. We went with a patio extension, kitchen, putting green, fire pit, and pool.

My Advice: Be bold! Don’t be afraid to go for stone against your brick, go for your style, this is a lifelong decision - the designer (Katie) is brilliant! Also, add the flakes and pebbles to your pool. The added expense is the sparkle you want at the end of the project.

Build: TRUST THE PROCESS. We would make a list of things we’d notice (ex. unfinished tasks, issues) with the intention of reaching out to our project manager for an update however, we’d never get that far. By the next time we looked outside we’d be able to naturally cross things off our list without saying a word. With Courtney’s scheduling and Christie’s attention to detail everything we worried about was quickly remedied without a text or phone call. Let them do their job. They are experts and it shows.

End result: Cost, timing, and care were critical for us. All boxes were checked with this incredible team. When they left, even the little things such as washing windows were thought about.

If you are looking for an excellent company and team to build a pool Luxe Outdoors is the company you want to work with.

They will work close with you during the whole process, address any concerns or questions, and as a plus all the team is very friendly and great to work with.

My experience working with John, Jose and Courtney had been one of the best experiences I have in years with a contractor.

Quality of work and materials they use during the whole process is amazing.

Our porject have to deal even with an hurricane while building and the team was very diligent during that part of the project and even keep schedule on time.

HIGHLY recommend Luxe. We started our pool project with getting quotes from 4 different companies. Right off the bat, Luxe beat all of them in terms of value and being able to give us what we were looking for (features, equipment brand, etc).

From when we signed to when the pool was ready was 2-3 months. That is SUPER fast (includes permit filing and wait time). John (owner), Katie (design), Courtney (coordinator) and Jose (project manager) were all absolutely amazing to work with - highly responsive and thorough. Jose was one of the best project managers we have ever seen - literally from the day of excavation to completion, our backyard never sat a day without a crew coming through to work. He kept his tradesman scheduled. Also all of the subcontractors working on the project were clean, courteous and professional. Even after completion, we’ve reached out for questions/concerns, and Jose has been highly responsive via text and has even swung by when he was in the area - you have to love a business that doesn’t just hide behind texts/emails and actually shows up.

My husband and I have waited years to finally get the backyard of our dreams and it was crucial for us to find the right builder. It was not only about a builder with the right price point, but more so excellent customer service and ability to see our vision. We had a great experience working with Luxe this summer in the design and construction of our pool and backyard patio. The process started with a free design consultation with John, Luxe Owner. They were very helpful and detailed through the design process, worked with me on pricing, and really did a great job with keeping on and ahead of schedule through construction, addressing any issues in a very timely manner. Craftsmanship and construction practices was top-notch. Post-construction cleanup had some minor challenges, but they addressed all issues identified, which i appreciated. Highly recommended.

Fly by night company...the kind that everyone warns you about. The estimator wanted a copy of what documents insurance gave me. I didn't give it to him. Quote was over $3,000 higher than the rest of my quotes. Needless to say I didn't hire them. If you're looking, go with a company that's been around a long time and has a good reputation. Definitely get a few bids.

I cannot recommend Coastal Construction enough. They are extremely honest, reliable, and communicative.

Greg answered all of my questions, worked with the insurance inspector, and made sure everything was done correctly.

Any roofing needs I have in the future will be done by these guys.

Professional, reliable and high quality. After a hail incident we had to replace the roof. Many roofing companies were aggresively knocking on our door, which made us sceptical.
