Constraction reviews in Cypress, Texas

Julio and the team did a great job painting most of the 1st floor of my house in Cole's Crossing. I had a sheetrock / water damage problem that they also did a great job fixing. Everyone was very professional and showed up on time, left on time, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. I definitely recommend Leon Painting!

Julio and his team did an amazing job at our restaurant. He took time to explain the step-by-step process, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was excellently done. I strongly recommend his services, and would definitely work with them again.

I'm a Realtor in Katy who had a client in need of a contractor who could handle various tasks that needed to be done before she moved into the house she just purchased.

Julio set an appointment, showed up early, presented himself in a in a professional manner, and sent us the estimate same day.

He met with my client shortly after to show her options and they knocked out all of her tasks in short order. She called me practically screaming about how great of a job Julio and his team did. She wasn't even this excited on closing day. So, I knew I had to see the work for myself. I couldn't agree more. The work was fantastic, reasonably priced, and completed in a better than anticipated time frame.

Suffice it to say, I'll never use anyone else. As long as he's in business, he'll always be the contractor I refer first for painting, door replacement, flooring, water damage repair, and so much more.

I worked with Julio who is a co-owner. He was very professional every step of the way. He came out and did a consultation in the home and showed me multiple options. He actually painted the options on the walls so that I could see how they would look versus just having the paper version. I got the entire interior painted including baseboards, doors, windowsills, walls and ceilings. I also added on the cabinets in the kitchen, and bathrooms. I ordered some black door hinges and handles for the cabinets and they put them all on. I also had someone working on my floors and they worked around them by painting the entire house up front and then once the floors were completed, they came back and did a complete walk-through of the entire house and even repainted some areas where the floor contractor had messed up the paint. I had a broken drawer in the kitchen that they fixed as well. They completely changed the look of my home and I am in love. Everyone who comes in does the wow gasp. I will definitely be using them in the future to paint the exterior of my home and also to stain my fence. The prices are very reasonable and include paint. They also provide a two year warranty on their work. Very satisfied, 10 out of 10!

Julio and his team came in and painted my garage & they did an amazing job! If you’re looking for a painter that has great customer service and excellent quality this is the company for you! Highly recommend! Thanks again Leon Painting!

He was on time and very professional did a great job to my ceiling. I will definitely be using them again! P.s They are very reasonable with prices!

Julio and his team did great. It was a large job with lots of prep work. He was responsive and answered all my questions quickly and even called or texted immediately when wanted to verify what we discussed. For the exterior we went with Julio’s suggestion for the colors. We’ve been getting so many compliments on it and several people thinking our 20+ year old house is new construction!

This company is absolutely fantastic. Our house was in desperate need of painting, and they did a wonderful job. The helped to fill in holes, repair old/rotten wood, cut down old wires, move heavy objects that were in the way, and had incredible attention to detail. We did two final walk throughs to ensure everything was to our liking, and they performed some small last minute changes. I cannot recommend these guys enough, you'll be in good hands. Thank you!

Exceptional work!!! Recently had our home updated to have had interior & exterior painting done, carpets replaced, tiles replaced, & light changes. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! Great client relations, upfront with pricing, and kept me apprised on what projects were to be done, as well as, expected time of completion. Definitely will be a returning client for future needs!

LOOK NO FURTHER! If you need one room painted, or you entire home, as did I, Leon Painting, LLC is YOUR CHOICE. Julio was there for me from the first meeting, walking me through the arduous task of picking paint colors, to ensuring everything was perfect when they were finished. Julio’s knowledge of paint colors was amazing and incredibly helpful. I am more than pleased with their work. They are now beginning the exterior of my home, and I am certain it will be as professional as the entirety of the interior! I almost forgot, the most important, they are more than competitive with their pricing! They started on time and completed the job early. You have found your painter with Leon Painting LLC!

I recently hired this team to paint the interior of my house and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were professional, detailed and quick in their work. They listened to my specific requests and accommodated them perfectly. The price was very fair in comparison to other quotes I received and the quality of the painting job was excellent. Highly recommend!

Julio and his team did a wonderful job.

They were on time, courteous, and detailed at letting us know the day to day work to be done in the house.

As we had our interior painted top to bottom, this was very important knowing which rooms we would have access to on particular days.

Since we work from home, Julio made sure there was always a place for us to work. Whether it was a room not started or a room they finished.
Another painting company that quoted us told us that staying in a hotel while they painted would probably be best in our situation.
Being able to stay and work/live in the house was a huge plus.

The job was finished on time and the little touch up we needed was taken care of in a timely manner.

I highly recommend Leon Painting.

After getting a few estimates, Judi and I decided to go with Leon Painting. They did an awesome job accenting the walls in our home. He is professional and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience. We highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Leon Construction! They supplied everything including the paint. They touched up painted cabinets, walls, stuccoed and replaced an architectural detail on the outside of the house. I felt they were priced reasonably.

We had our whole interior house painted and also our kitchen cabinets . They did an excellent job! Julio and his team are very professional and hard workers, they are always on time and go extra miles to be sure all the details of the projects are handled as they promised. We recently hired Leon, for custom painting in our home, including our kitchen cabinets, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The work was exceptionally neat and professional—no damage, scratches, or mess left behind. He paid close attention to our requirements and even offered valuable suggestions that really enhanced the overall look. Beyond his painting expertise, he also recommended some excellent contractors for other projects, like tiling, carpentry, and electrical work, which was incredibly helpful. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the outstanding quality of work. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-notch painting services!
