Javier and his team did a great job refurbishing our Belgard decking.. They cleaned, leveled and re-sanded the deck and it looks brand new again. Great to work with!

We could not be happier with our new outdoor kitchen! It turned out more beautiful than I even expected! Javier and Jackie were both very professional and great to work with.

Mercado did our back yard make over. Patio with nice travertine and fire pit. They did great work.

Very professional and thorough. They do good work at a reasonable price. As the old saying goes, “you get what you pay for”, in this case you are paying for quality workmanship and materials. We were very happy with the hardscaping Mercado Construction did for us. I would highly recommend them for any land or hardscape projects you need done. These guys take real pride in their work.

Javier and his team did a great job for us. Work included; new paver patio, limestone wall and iron gate, new driveway. Javier saw the job thru from start to finish and was always available for questions.

Javier and the Mercado Const. team did an excellent job on our outdoor firepit and walkway. We are VERY PLEASED with the results. The team was always punctual, cleaned up at the end of the work day and took extra care in making sure every detail about our firepit was taken care of. I would not hesitate to use them for our next project or to recommend them to others. _ LD Burden

Javier and the office manager Jackie, as well as the crews, provided outstanding customer service, attention to project details, responsive, and friendly! I would definitely use this company again and refer my family and friends to Mercado Construction.

Javier and his team are top notch individuals who really take pride in the work they do. Javier is down to earth and easy to work with, I feel very comfortable with entrusting him in his work. Everything he did with our patio project was detailed and professional quality. I definitely recommend him in his quality and accuracy for your own project!

The crew did excellent work repairing our pave stone patio and constructing a new paver walkway. They were hard working and professional. We were out of town when the project was done but were kept posted with photos, videos and texts. We highly recommend Mercado Construction Outdoor Patio and intend to use them for additional projects.

We are extremely happy with the masonary work done on our outdoor patio flooring. Javier and his team were always available and answered all of our questions immediately . They always cleaned up everyday and left everything in order. The quality of the work is exceptional and they will definitely be my go to company for future outdoor patio work. Their prices are extremely reasonable considering the quality and expertise of their work. Thank you again for the beautiful work .

Mercado Construction is such a wonderful company to work with! We had pavers installed and then got some drainage work done, too. Javier, Jackie, and Aldo are just incredible to work with, and I’m so grateful for their beautiful work and professionalism.

Javier and team just completed their third job for us. They built a paver walkway from the pool to the back gate and put down rock and stone along the wrought iron fence . The dogs had worn a path of mud. Looks fantastic and we are very happy. Mercardo construction is our go to guys for projects like this. Highly recommend for timeliness and quality.

We wholeheartedly endorse Mercado! They recently completed a backyard remarkable patio and fire pit area using pavers and stones. Witnessing their meticulous process, it's evident they prioritized building a solid foundation beneath the pavestones and ensured a seamless fit for each paver. Their attention to detail was astonishing, going above and beyond by incorporating thoughtful features such as a drainage system for the fire pit to prevent water accumulation and crafting a beautiful retaining wall for our sloped fire pit area. They surpassed all expectations.

Our experience with Mercado was exceptional, marking them as our preferred choice for any future paving or brickwork needs. Their professionalism and responsiveness were exemplary.

From the outset, scheduling our initial estimate appointment was effortless, confirmed via an email calendar invite, and Javier arrived punctually. Throughout the estimation process, he offered insightful suggestions using the Belgard catalog, providing clarity on various options. Moreover, the construction phase commenced and concluded promptly, with no unwelcome surprises. The entire crew demonstrated professionalism and competence, reflecting the integrity of the company.

Professional excellence from start to finish. I had 320 square feet of pavers stone installed to complete our back patio. Javier subcontracts labor and acts as foreman, stays on site throughout the project and ensures highest quality craftsmanship.

More recently, Javier rejuvenated our 922 square foot patio, including power washing, application of polymeric sand in all crevices and then two applications of stone sealant. A fantastic job!

I hope to use them for my outdoor kitchen!

Our Project was to complete a Belgard patio and to Power Clean, Resand and stain. Javier did a most outstanding job. Always on time. professional, and hard working and making certain that all was perfect. The patio looked as new or better than it ever has. I am so very impressed with Mercado and will absolutely use them for as many projects that I have. Mercado/Javier Best Company ever.

I can't say enough good things about the Mercado team and the work they perform. Scheduling was easy and efficient. The visit to bid the work was prompt and professional and we were given several options to fit our preference and budget. Online contract completion was seamless. The team that completed the work was professional, kind, and friendly. Extra thoughtfulness in moving our trash and recycle bins so we wouldn't miss pick up due to their trucks and moving them up to the house once both bins had been emptied: definitely above and beyond. And the work is beautifully done. We are very happy with the results and appreciate the value of the work. I would highly recommend Mercado Construction!

Hired Mercado to extend my current outdoor kitchen to accommodate a Kamado grill, complete with stone and granite. They met an aggressive timeline and did a phenomenal job. Javier was onsite each and every time to oversee the work and insure we were happy with the work. We were so happy with the first job we did another project to add stone columns to our covered gazebo. Once again, Javier and team completed it very quickly and again they did an amazing job. Great craftmanship, attention to detail, post project cleanup, reasonable pricing and just great overall service, I would easily recommend them to anyone looking for a construction company they can trust to do a great job. Thanks Javier and Jackie, we will do more business with you all in the future!!

Javier and Jackie have shown the upmost professionalism during this job. Not only was the work done exactly as we asked, but they went above and beyond to get the job completed, even in horrible stormy weather. Javier and his crew were very respectful of our home and the surrounding areas. We are extremely pleased with the outcome, and hope to use Mercado construction again in the near future.
