It is imperative to hire Team Home Solutions for vent cleaning. They came to visit my house and provided a very competitive and reasonable estimate. There was no pressure to upsell services. They promptly answered questions when a competitor raised an issue. Team Home Solutions gave reasonable and easy to understand answers (confirmed later by a different company) indicating their honesty. Confirmation emails and text messages were sent as reminders.
The team arrived when agreed upon. 1 supervisor and 2 technicians took on the job, with 1 person working in the attic cleaning out the plenums and the other 2 tackling each of the registers and ducts.
All 3 were respectful, courteous and attentive to a thorough job, keeping the house clean.
Before and after photos were provided which showed an incredible improvement.
I feel they went above and beyond, so I will be calling them again when Texas dust and mold kicks up.

After I purchased a new AC system, Team Home Solutions came out to clean my ductwork and vents. Although they normally send at least a two person crew, Tyler explained to me he would have to handle the job by himself. It would be the same quality service but it might take a little longer. Tyler was professional and answered any questions I had.

Tyler was on time, professional, polite, and did a thorough job. I highly recommend.

We recently had mold issues in our upstairs area and consulted four different companies for remediation and prevention solutions. After hearing a wide range of opinions, we chose Home Team Solutions in Cypress, TX, and I’m so glad we did.

Erick was on time, knowledgeable, professional and explained the process and sent me information requested. Looking forward to proceeding with air duct cleaning. Freddy and his team came today to do the air duct cleaning. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and answered all of our questions. They went above and beyond when they noticed sheet rock dust on top of the kitchen cabinets and vacuumed it up! I highly recommend them. Update! 8/19/2025. My house had become very dusty again. I called and Eric came out that day. Inspected everything and found a possible cause. Very good customer service!

He confirmed all of my suspicions AND THEN SOME with his trusty black light and fancy gadgets, and I felt so validated and thankful.

After having my air ducts cleaned, I found my chandelier detached from the ceiling. The issue still hasn’t been addressed and resolved, which has been very disappointing.

Team Home Solutions performed exceptional duct cleaning services. They replaced the damaged vent covers on the outside of the house.
They also completely replaced one duct that was entirely clogged with nesting material and unhatched eggs. All the uptake and discharge air vents in the house we cleaned thoroughly and my family's allergies have been significantly reduced. I’ve used the services twice and highly recommend. The first time we after hurricane Beryl. The storm caused a leak in chimney which brought water into my living room. I called them, they did a thorough inspection of my entire house with a report. Among the three companies I called, tel home was the most responsive and most reasonable in price. We scheduled the moisture mitigation and mood meditation treatment. Everyone was on time, they were efficient in pulling out the flooring and ruined dry wall. We had dehumidifiers running for two days to dry everything out. They also provided a detail report with pictures for the work done.

The second the was for an inspection of moisture smell in my home. Mr. Erick was early! I told him my issue and we walked through my house and discovered an AC issue causing moisture build up in my attic. He provided recommendations, which he followed up via email.

In addition to the cleaning service, they found and repaired a couple issues with the duct work in the attic - at no extra cost.
