Team one which was Tyler and Juan showed up, these two gentlemen were absolutely fantastic, very engaging we enjoyed having them here, and they were quick and efficient in cleaning our ducts! As we were preparing for this cold weather coming they even offered to come back and help move plants and stuff! We will certainly be using them in the future, and I cannot give a higher rating than five stars for this organization!

I hired Team Home Solution for air duct cleaning at my house, and Tyler did an excellent job. He was professional, on time, and very thorough. He explained everything clearly and made sure the work was done right. Really good experience overall — I’d definitely recommend them

Had our roof and gutters cleaned today by Mastercleaners. Fast and easy blew off all the pine needles from atop our pool cage too! Also cleaned up all the debris before leaving. Will use again for annual cleanup. Highly recommend.

Tabor construction took over a year and a half to complete transforming our already roofed patio into two rooms on the back of our house. The only way they will complete a job is sadly with threats of legal action. Also, we never received any itemized list of costs from the job. Use at your own peril.

My husband hired Tabor Construction Corp to do some renovations on our home, everything run smoothly. After that project went done, we decided to add an addition to our house, 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom. Arturo and his team handle all permits, price was fair. We will definitely hire Tabor Construction Corp again .

First time working with Blue Haven. Jeff Tayler was our designer and great to work with. He provided is with a great 3D design that came out amazing but it was unfortunate that we never heard from him again.
Brad was the project manager. Communication and follow-up was challenging but the stages of the process seemed to go quickly.
Pool School was a bust with a 15 min overview.
Subcontractor they had busted up our irrigation line and never said a word. Dealing with that issue. Had an issue with the ground not being leveled and causing muddy run-off over the deck into the pool but that was addressed. Fence was not put back in the greatest shape.
Pool design came out amazing!

Staring at the finish line and communication is a challenge again. The person setting up final inspection is not very responsive and we are going on over 3 months to get this scheduled. Looking forward to getting to use this beauty when the weather acts right.

UPDATE : After multiple emails and phone calls we were able to follow up with the GM to figure out what was going on with final inspection and express our frustration. Needless to say the company that the City of Manvel uses for inspections lied and said they came to inspect on a day that I was home and our house is surrounded with cameras. They had not shown up and failed the inspection for something that existed. I was able to get a new inspection after speaking with a supervisor and it passed. GO FIGURE!
The GM, Phil, arranged for Jimmy to come out and conduct a full pool School. He did an amazing job, heard our grievances and said that he was working to ensure these types of things do not happen in the future and holding his staff accountable. He took his time and answered all of our questions and really took care of us. Thanks a million Jimmy!

We had a great experience with our project manager Brad at Blue Haven. Even after our pool was finished Brad still makes himself available for any questions I have on maintenance and upkeep.
The process can be a mess from start to finish and I highly recommend you request Brad to guide you through the project. We really have enjoyed our pool and backyard.

Blue Haven Pool is a responsible company with excellent service. From the moment we selected it, we realized that it is a serious and very well organized company. They also know how to listen to the customer. The person in charge of the job (Jimmy) was always in communication with us, so everything went very smoothly and on time for the summer.

We just built our first pool with blue haven pool . The process was very smooth jimmy is construction manager. He finished the work before the time frame he give it to us just in a month almost every thing is done :) . Always very responsive regarding all our concerns. From start to finish we could not have been happier with our experience with Roberto from Blue Haven pools. Roberto catered to all our needs. The design process was fun and Roberto's guidance and patience were tremendous. Once the design was done, Roberto quickly went to work and our HOA docs and permits. There were complete as soon as possible and construction began in a flash. The build went smoothly, Roberto answered all our questions and his attention to the small details was amazing. Robert's communication was top notch and he was always available when we needed him. Overall we are thrilled with the outcome and could not recommend Roberto and Blue Haven more.

I love my Blue Haven pool, great company to work with. Sandy my project manager was great, he was always a phone call away. He was on top of everything.
