Everyone at Arc was amazing to work with. We had a generator installed on a house that didn't have a gas line pre-installed.

Tine and the staff at the office were amazing, working with us throughout the entire process. We had to request to change schedule dates several times due to timing issues on our end, but Tina and rest of staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to our schedule needs.

The install went great. Armando and technicians were very professional and friendly as well, answering any questions as well as providing good guidance and recommendations.
They walked us through the entire process of what to do after a power loss event. They also were happy to answer questions we had during the install process.

Overall getting the generator installed by Arc was a good experience. We are thankful to the entire staff for going through the process with us, and look forward to using Arc for electric needs in the future.

We are very pleased with the entire experience dealing with Arc Electric. Tina explained us very clearly the process and she provided all the paperwork that our HOA requested for the approval application. She even came to our house to assess and recommend the best location for the generator in our backyard. They came to install within one week after the HOA approval. The installation was very smooth and left my yard very clean. The technician explained the operation step by step. We signed up for yearly maintenance program with them. We highly recommend Arc Electric.

We used arc to install a new chandelier in our living room. There was a torrential storm the day they were originally scheduled to do the install and we received a call that the crew wanted to reschedule as they didn't want to risk tracking mud or anything into our home. That was very thoughtful of the crew and we were promptly rescheduled for the following morning. The crew, led by Johnny, arrived on-time and completed the job following precise instructions from a picky interior designer. They protected our rugs and cleaned up afterwards. Nice group of guys and they were great with our dog. Highly recommend this great local business. Johnny left with a list of items we want a bid on to hopefully complete in the near future. Great job!

Unfortunately, I have to downgrade my review from 5 stars to 1. I initially had a great experience with Arc Electric + Lighting when they installed our LED Gemstone exterior lighting—everything went smoothly at the time.

Recently, I reached out to have part of the lighting temporarily removed due to an upcoming home addition that will affect the roofline. Naturally, I contacted the original installers for this service. Unfortunately, it has been impossible to get a response. Tina was consistently unavailable, and the one time I did speak with her, she mentioned they were booked 2–3 weeks out. I said that was fine and asked to be put on the schedule.

I also requested a quote for new addition lighting after the construction is completed, and Tina informed me prices were expected to increase by 25%, so I should send the linear footage as soon as possible. I did so the same day via follow-up email. Since then—no response. I’ve called multiple times, left voicemails, and spoken with the receptionist, but I’ve heard nothing back.

This level of service is extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. I expected far better from a company I previously used.

Choosing a company to take care of our family during emergencies was a task. We have been procrastinating when it came to getting a standby generator for our home and it really showed during this last outage. Hurricane Beryl left my family without light for 6 days and if that didn’t seem long enough our family outside the home went through a few days longer. This really opened our eyes to stop putting off such and important decisions and home investment. Looking for a company that would be honest, straightforward, and reliable is always so hard when so many people are out to scam, take shortcuts, or be misleading at such a horrible time or just in general. We work so hard for our money , we didn’t want to waste it or be taken advantage of. When we first reached out to Arc Electric + Lighting we messaged with Tina and we skeptical and kind of felt they would not meet our expectations. We felt it was a waste to reach out, HOWEVER, we were so wrong! Instead of Tina just ignoring us, she read our conversation and knew we had been in bad experiences and called us. After speaking with her and assuring us we wouldn’t regret at least a consultation and meeting them as they were a legitimate and honest business we set an appointment . The first sign was that they did not want to waste our time or theirs. Tina expressed directly that there was an estimated amount in money just for what we were looking for and they were not the cheapest. She also informed us that there was a time frame of just consults and then installation especially since Beryl hit . We indeed appreciated this because, if it was too much, we knew not to even wait for the consult and if the schedules exceeded our timeframe we would not waste our time or theirs. Thank you Arc Electric + Lighting for that. On to our consultation, from the moment she arrived at our home we instantly knew they would be our choice. Choosing a company that had such a personal and professional approach and educated us with all we needed to know was exactly what we needed . No questions were left unanswered or unclear. We are now enjoying the security of knowing our home will be up and running in the event of outages thanks to this company. As a parent we try to keep our children from being uncomfortable or unstable in their own home, as a provider we worry about the loss of appliances, food, and finances that come with these disasters. Recommending this company for your generator would be an understatement. We do recommend this company to become part of your professional relationship when needing services that are so important to your home, safety, security, and family! What an amazing company with amazing people. I feel like I have known them forever. They were so very helpful and spent so much time and even came back for a second training. We are so happy with our lights and are having a blast playing with all the exciting colors. My students cant wait to see what color they are when they come to dance.

We contracted with Arc Electric + Lighting for a whole home generator purchase/installation two weeks ago, and our experience was outstanding from beginning to end. Arc Electric is a local company, and by the time they finished the installation, they felt like family. Once we signed the contract, they took care of all of the permits, and they were at our home for the install two days later. During the installation, they found a serious issue with our gas line and handled the communication with the gas company to ensure it was taken care of that day. Armando, Tina, and the team waited at our property until the repair was completed by the gas company (it took over two hours) and Arc Electric finished the generator installation job that evening as promised. Also, other companies try to push a service contract with generators, but Arc Electric does not. Armando spent over an hour with us ensuring we knew how to perform our own maintenance. If you are on the fence about this, I highly recommend you schedule a consultation with Arc Electric — you will see the difference in this company from the first time you meet with them.
