Amazing service from inside Out Window Cleaning today. Our windows are sparkling inside & out. All of the tracks & screens are clean. The gentlemen were so pleasant - even eliminated a large wasp nest that we were unaware of. I highly recommended this company.

That's Clean Maids is providing service to our home for several months. Celine and Anna bring a little bit of sunshine☀️ to our home when they arrive. They clean our home with care and always ask if we have any special requests for that visit. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great cleaning company with a caring staff.

Jeni’s Allstars, one if the cleaning teams with “That’s Clean Maids” are awesome!!! Our home was severely damaged in an explosion. There have been dozens of workers in and out of there since the end of January. Needless to say, the house (especially the bathrooms!) was a mess! Drywall dust, continuously open doors, paint, and lots and lots of people impacted the house for over five months. When Jeni’s team walked in yesterday, you would have thought they’d been there many times. They spread out and started working as if they were familiar with everything! They worked tirelessly and diligently, finishing in a little over an hour! The house looks and smells SO CLEAN!!!! Even the very scary toilets!!! We will definitely be scheduling their services again, asking for Jeni’s Allstars!

The Cleaning Crew did an amazing job, we were blown away. There is not a time after service you can add a tip for the crew unless you have cash to give them. I found that very annoying - but that is an issue with the company. I would absolutely recommend. The crew was also very punctual, and stayed until the job was done.

I had to find a new maid because the one previously recommended to me was not all that good and only took cash. I did a google search and found That's Clean Maids close to my Rock Creek home. I took a chance and was richly rewarded. I enjoyed their online set up and automated pay system. Now every time I get my house cleaned, I earn points on my cc to vacation on. I also enjoyed that their maids bring all their own cleaning supplies. With my previous maid this was a hidden cost that I wasn't tracking and it added up quickly. Lastly, the maids are pleasant and work hard. I will never clean my base boards that thoroughly but they did in a snap. If you are tired of cash only services that don't deliver the level of clean you want, I recommend That's Clean Maids.

I gave this company multiple opportunities to change my experience about their unprofessionalism. They half cleaned my home for three weeks straight and got upset when I questioned how they deep cleaned my restroom in three minutes by running water in the shower. They also no showed on my appointment and was always late and outside of the scheduled time frame given.

All in all not super pleased. I bought a house and wanted a moving in cleaning. The house is newer and pretty clean. I was not present at the time of cleaning which was a mistake because it looks like they just vacuumed. There were a couple cob webs in eye line that were not touched, the faucets still dirty, and a couple other small things. For what a moving in cleaning costs I expected way better.... plus the vacuum that was used made my just cleaned carpets stink.

Always happy with the service from everyone at That's Clean Maids, but our last provider, Cilene, was absolutely fantastic. Not only did she do a wonderful job cleaning, she was personable and so sweet to our animals. We will be requesting her from now on.
