From start to finish they were very professional.! I appreciate them answering my questions and being timely and efficient. Their customer service was on point! I would most definitely use again. My rental looked way better than when initially moved in. If you’re looking for someone to clean your home I would definitely recommend them.

I had renters living in my house, they did take care of the house but before I moved back in I wanted a thorough cleaning. After hearing of That's Clean Maids I booked my appointment. Once they finished the house looked better than the day I bought it. Amazing job! I will absolutely be using them in the future.

Our cleaning team did an EXCELLENT job! They arrived at the beginning of the arrival window and got straight to work. They were sure to focus on the areas that are most important to me. Their cleaning was detailed and thorough. They were very polite and courteous. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for regular or detailed house cleaning.

This was the absolute worse cleaning. It was a moving cleaning and a lot of things were still not cleaned correctly.. pics attached to see results. Contacted them for a refund and they wouldn’t give one, but says they give 100% guarantee. I’d never use them again!

The team that serviced our home did such an excellent job, they took care of the smallest details and made our home look feel and smell great. I wish I had kept a photo but they made the cutest bow on the end of the toilet paper roll in the master bathroom 🤣 it was such a cute touch and you could just tell they were the nicest people who took pride in their work. We have been using this service for a couple of months now and have loved the results. Every team that has been sent to our house to clean has done a phenomenal job. There was one time where a couple of things were not cleaned to our liking but was corrected and made perfect the next time around. The teams are very personable and professional. They come with their own supplies and leave the house smelling and looking amazing. We have so many living things in our house that it is difficult to keep up but That's Clean Maids never fails to do a fabulous job!

I booked an appointment online and paid upfront for the service. The next day the office manager texts me and did not seem to understand what I booked online. It took her awhile to understand that I just want the kitchen (including fridge) and two bathrooms cleaned. She also told me to take all the food out of my refrigerator and freezer before they arrive for the cleaning. I’m glad I didn’t because they did not show up. They did not contact me either to inform me they would be late. I had to text the office manager multiple times to get a clear answer regarding the cleaners whereabouts. I ended up canceling 30 minutes after the 3 hour window completed. Waste of three hours.

I called for an estimate, scheduled an appointment that i needed to be soon to fulfill my need! The folks who came to clean arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. They worked diligently, checking with me while they worked, to ensure that they were doing what I needed. They were pleasant and willing to please!

I will definitely call and use them again!

My upstairs bathroom was not clean. Trash was still on the closet floor. They stacked items on our beds and left them there. Very basic clean that was not worth the price. They broke my decorative wall fixture and left it in my kitchen. I will not be back. Also there was no communication after. They left without getting in contact with me and left my house unlocked.

I was very impressed with That's Clean Maids, starting with their website and the ability easily find all the information I was looking for like what services they offered and their pricing. It was very clear and upfront. I was also able to easily book the services on line, received email confirmation of my booking. The cleaning personnel was punctual and performed an amazing job, my house was spotless when they were done. I will definitely use them again.

Was charged $230 for a service that never occurred. Window was 12-3 (on a Friday) and they arrived at 3:30 when the kids were already home and house was full. Sent them away and they charged me.

I agreed to pay a flat fee of $243 to have my home cleaned. I had to reschedule 3 times on my cleaning day because they kept missing their appointments. When they finally showed up, they quickly ran through the house and left after 1.5 hours. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned well and in general, the house cleaning was unsatisfactory. They returned days later for a reclean and they still failed to show up on their scheduled day. I had to make another appointment for the following day and they came inside, cleaned one bathroom and left everything else dirty. After all that I’ve been through with the company, is a complete reclean of the house really too much to ask for?

The team did an excellent job on our move-out clean! They communicated well and are worth every penny. If I ever need cleaning services in Houston again, I'll be reaching out to "That's Clean Maids" first!

If you’re looking for a deep clean, move out clean, or any type of clean at all that won’t leave you disappointed, or spending wasted time trying to communicate or even get a response from the company, then DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We hired them to do a “Move Out” clean with “Deep Clean Pro” as described on their website for our EMPTY home, and were left with a less than basic clean that we paid over $400 for. The only furniture in the house was beds, entertainment center, and a breakfast table. Half of the services such as organizing, make beds, picture frame dusting, and many other components of the “House Cleaning” described on the website (which were included) were not even necessary as we had moved everything except already made beds out of our home. To say that we were completely left without the service we paid for, light fixtures weren’t dusted, cabinets weren’t cleaned, garage and porches unswept, floors unvacuumed and mopped, and the floors and carpets they did vacuum or mop, you couldn’t even tell. This is in no way a deep clean, and I wouldn’t even hire them for a basic clean based on how badly they performed on an empty house. I can only imagine the work they would do if our belongings had been in the home still. Along with this, the company absolutely refused to communicate in any other form than email, offered to send out the same crew that didn’t do their job in the first place, and not once had anyone attempted to contact us to resolve the issue. We were only constantly told to email someone else, and even when I did the first time, the email wasn’t even valid and was kicked back. No phone calls were answered on their customer service line either. I was then sent text messages from the office manager again, refusing to do anything on their own, and telling me to email another person. Refused over and over again to even pick up the phone or forward the email themselves. We had to clean our home ourselves, and after doing so, could absolutely 1000% more see how bad of a job they did. My wife posted a Google Review and the owner replied back to that review faster than ever, and still has not even attempted to reach out to discuss the issue. Instead he acted as if it wasn’t his problem because of the review and the fact it was a holiday weekend, but had time to comment on Google. This company is awful at both customer service and cleaning service itself. Do not put yourself in the position to be treated the way we have by them. There are many more cleaning services to be used in Houston/Cypress, because trust me the 100% customer satisfaction and integrity of the management falls far short of that as you can see by these pictures. Another company out to make a quick buck, provide halfway service, and not take any responsibility or attempt to fix the problem THEY created. This isn’t even half of the pictures and none of the emails from them, but hopefully it saves you the pain.

HORRIBLE! I hired them for a Move Out Clean. Which listed several services to be completed. They must have assumed I wouldn't be back at the home to see their final job. Once a buyer gave their realtor feedback that the house was filthy and needed a deep clean, I immediately drove back to the house (1.5 hrs away) to find that this cleaning service DID NOT DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO! They didn't even vacuum or mop the downstairs. Did not clean inside or outside of cabinets. knocked down drapes in master bedroom and didn't let me know. I was overly nice to the company and ask that they comply with coming back out because I had another full day of showing the house to buyers but all of a sudden commutation was limited. They asked me to send pictures and I had more than enough to prove they didn't do their job. I ended up cleaning the entire house for ours to get it ready. I should've just saved the money, instead of losing it! The manager helping never even apologized or ask how else she could help. Absolutely ridiculous!

To begin I will acknowledge that there was a miscommunication I thought I was getting a move out. I just got a deep clean. The home was hardly touched I immediately sent photos. They insisted on seeing the same crew out as per their policy. When I showed back up to the empty property the house still was not cleaned as advertised. They then began to tell me that the cleaning was too intense and needed paint. I resent the picture of the hair. They said that it’s now Wednesday and accumulation is expected. I sent back the screen shots with time stamp. I then got threatened for theft of services- still no apology or ways to make it right
