I’ve never ever used a maid service before because I’m so picky... so I started with a deep clean and now do one deep clean and one regular clean a month. We work crazy hours and have 4 boys and wanted to be able to spend more time with them and have more family time (ANY!) when we weren’t working instead of cleaning all the time during our free time. BCM does an excellent job and always sends me a text to make sure I’m happy afterwards - and they are open to using some of my cleaning products that I like that I just leave out for them. Every time they come, they stay till the job is done and don’t charge any extra- trust me, it takes a while to clean the boys bedrooms plus their game room - and they love our dog and will let her out and back in while they’re there for me. :) Super easy to schedule and reschedule as well and Theresa, the scheduler, is always super nice and accommodating any time I’ve had to reschedule on short notice.

Without a doubt, I recommend Big City Maids! Liz is super nice and she is truly passionate about her business. I think it’s amazing what they are doing during such difficult times. The two cleaners did a great job, they are trustworthy and professional. Liz is also very easy to communicate with via email or phone. Thank you so much for everything!

Avoid if you can! I would give 0 stars if I could. I was tricked by the good reviews on Google. I should have read the reviews on yelp about this company before booking. On fb, it stated the service would be $100 on Mon & Tues but when she quoted me she said $113 which made sense with tax; however, I was charged $119 for POOR & HORRIBLE service.The house cleaner only cleaned 2 out of the 3 bedrooms, she used my TRASH CAN as a mop bucket, the cleaning product had an AWFUL musty smell, all the mirrors had water spots, and everything that was said to be“wiped down” looked as if nothing was done. My microwave was greasier after it had been “wiped down”. I think she used only water and soap but nothing to disinfect or actually clean the surfaces. I have countless more complaints but I should’ve known better to trust an ad without doing more research. I am so disappointed and will never use this service again. What cleaning company doesn’t come with their own mop bucket nor proper mop? She used a swifter with a dirty rag attached to it. I had to re-mop my own floors at least 4 times to get rid of the terrible smell. Please read the reviews on yelp before booking this unprofessional company. The lady only spoke Spanish so I wasn’t able to let her know how upset I was with the service. My house ended smelling worse and for the 2-3 hrs she was there, hardly much was to show for. Bathrooms had partially scrubbed and the main thing she did was took out the trash. I felt scammed out of my money. My biggest mistake was not taking pictures of the horrible job done, smh.

Great services with decent price. Big Made City deserves to receive more than 5 STARTS. Highly recommended.
We've been through so many maid services from individuals to popular companies. Finally, we found Big Maid city who we can really rely on & trust.
Exceptional in both desk services by Teresa & maid teams. Every single person always happy to go above & beyond to meet our standards which are a bit higher than the norm.
For over a year, Big Maid City had never once failed to satisfy us. Their services prove that they do honor their testimony on their website.
Note, while other companies asked to provide comments to receive discount, Big Maid City has never asked. We're happily to write this comment without exacting any return in favor.

We have used this company a few times but our last experience with them was terrible. We scheduled them for a specific day and they didn’t even bother to show up on that day. We were told they were short handed so they would come the next day. When they finally did show up the lady who was cleaning forgot to do a couple of the basics. I tried to ask her if they still cleaned the showers but she didn’t speak English so she couldn’t understand me. I messaged her boss and was told they do clean the showers and I asked if she could please ask her to do so. By the time the lady left our master shower was not clean. It looked like she wiped the bottom off and smeared the glass door but didn’t bother using any cleaners. I again messaged her boss and was told that the lady claims their products don’t properly clean showers. We were reassured someone would come clean the shower again the next day. I asked around 2 pm the next day if someone was still coming to correct this and she claimed they would be out in an hour. Again they never showed up. I paid good money for them to clean the house and they can’t even figure out how to clean the shower. I’m going to switch to a bigger company with better products and service. They cost the same and I’m sure they can do the job correctly.

We have been using for almost a year now, The same team clean my house every week. They ALWAYS do a fantastic job! Excellent service a highly recommend this company.

I have been using this company for the past year and our cleanings have always been great. Recently I believe they changed our cleaner and the service has gone down really bad. I could go on and on of the bad cleaning I came home too but il just leave it at that. The cherry on top was how I expressed my un satisfaction to them and all I got was “oh sorry”. Nothing was done to make it right and no one reached out to fix it. $180 paid to just move dirt around.

Been using Cleandae for over a year now! The team who comes to clean our home is excellent at what they do. We have two dogs so fur does pile up regardless of how much we vacuum ourselves. They always leave the home spotless, and we couldn't be more happy with our services with them.

Rachel is our main point of contact, she's so nice and gets it when things come up and we need to reschedule. Her along with the team who comes to the home are a great team in helping us keep our home clean.

Extremely disappointed. I used this service regularly and even referred several others — but after reviewing multiple instances of my Ring cameras going offline and my Wi-Fi being mysteriously unplugged only during their visits, I brought it to the company’s attention.

Rather than investigate or take accountability, their response was: “If you feel like it’s theft, call the police.” No apology. No concern. No explanation. Just complete deflection.

What’s more alarming is that this wasn’t the first time it happened — this was just the first time I caught it clearly on footage. They say it was just unplugging but unfortunately things were missing in the home and we have an open police investigation report open. Please be very very careful as we have been asking around and this is NOT the first it has happened. People are starting to notice. If you’ve already used them please- please be very careful

I trusted this company with my home, and their response to a clear pattern of security breaches was not only dismissive but shockingly unprofessional. I would strongly caution anyone considering this service to monitor their own systems closely. What I experienced should never happen in a client’s home.

Just very thorough floors were excellent, especially the tile floor which really needed cleaning. That's always a priority with us

I’ve been using Cleandae for the last few months as they were highly recommended to me by several people. They have surpassed my expectations each time they’ve been out to clean. Arriving on time, and consistently doing a thorough cleaning for a better price than some of the other companies I called when searching for a service. Marta and Joseline are the ladies that have been to my home and they are so sweet and always ensure that everything is top notch before they are done.

The ladies did an excellent job at my house. I'm glad I got cleandae to go. I will be recommending them to anyone that needs home cleaning.

I've had multiple complaints with this company. I paid for services they weren't doing and would half do the job. My home was fairly clean; I only hired for deep cleaning so I can definitely noticed when it wasn't done. This company takes no accountability if their employees damage your property even if it was a mistake; its not there fault. They broke one of my end tables; cracked the marble and said they didn't move it nor touched it this is clear they moved it to a least vacuum the sofa like that. not even an apology or let me make this better. I understand accidents happen but they wouldn't even acknowledge that. I was supposed to have a cleaning today and they called me this morning and cancel services permanently because I complained about my table.

A day after I post this review the owner wanted to reimburse me only to remove this post. Her words to me was, "We still don't believe our workers broke your table but will pay for it if you remove this review". Sorry I won't be bought out for poor customer service.

They worked the entire time. They were very polite, very professional. A supervisor stopped by to check their work and make sure they were working and she was super nice and help them for a little bit. They did a huge deep clean after kids moved out with animals. The house looks great. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I had the pleasure of using Cleandae for a one-time cleaning of my church. Both Mrs. Lupita & Nancy did a phenomenal job cleaning such a large area. My Pastor was very impressed and I recommend this company to anyone who need excellent cleaning services.

We used them for a one time move out cleaning. We had already moved the weekend prior, so I was a little worried about not being there (especially since we’ve had not great experiences in past). However, the team was very responsive with all my questions. They messaged when they were on their way and when they had finished the job. My sister was able to go by the house to check it out and said they did a really good job (and cleaned spots the other company skipped. One small example, they got both sides of the blinds where the previous company only did the visible side). Overall, they made the process very easy and did what that they said they would do. Wish I would have used their services earlier.

We are so appreciative of the attention to detail and excellent service we always receive from Cleandae. The ladies are prompt, kind, and so pleasant. Our house looks and smells amazing thanks to Cleandae!
