Mylo is running one hell of an operation here. The tech was well trained and well educated in the ins and outs of the air duct cleaning and the system. He saved us money with his honesty which we very much appreciate. Very trustworthy company if you are looking to clean your air ducts. You can see just some of the dust they took cleaned up.

our place needed a new damper because the old one wouldnt close properly and cold air kept coming in. They installed a top sealing damper and showed us how it works so we wont mess it up lol. It made a BIG difference and the service was EXCELLENT from start to finish.

Buyer Beware:

My wife and I called this company to perform a chimney sweep. The technician arrived at our home, took a quick look at our chimney, and said, “Sorry, you need to use chemicals to clean it.” He then added, “If you're not planning to use the chimney, there's no point in having it cleaned. Call us when you’re ready to use it, and we’ll clean it then.” Despite not performing any services, we were still charged for the visit.

We attempted to call and speak with a manager, but the customer service representative kept diverting the request.

We initially reached out for a chimney cleaning, but the technician didn’t do anything yet still charged us. This leads me to believe this company is a complete scam.

Our chimney bricks were spalling on one side, they chipped out the bad parts, reset fresh mortar, and matched the rest close enough that you can barely tell, real SOLID job.

We were dealing with a broken damper and the professionals fixed it and did a chimney sweep at the same time. Works like it should now.

We had them come for a chimney sweep after birds kept hanging around the top, they cleared it, added a better screen, and the whole fireplace runs WAY better now.

We called in and were connected with a “foreign representative” who listened to my concerns and scheduled me for the next appointment opening (for a week later)!

The “tech” finally called at 12pm on the day of the appointment to inform me that he will be there in 15 minutes. Thankfully my husband was at home for the “spontaneous appointment.”

The tech arrived at 1:40pm (1.5 hours later) and spoke broken English….asked my husband for the Fireplace key, which he was given.

Then continued to explain to my “General Contractor” husband…..you have to turn the key to light up the fireplace!

My husband said I know that!

You were called here to repair the fireplace!
The tech said no! I am here to show you HOW TO LIGHT YOUR FIREPLACE!

And was immediately shown the door!!
Then persisted to ask for a payment for HARD WORK!!

No SIR, there was NO WORK INVOLVED!!!
