Great company! Made room in his busy schedule to come out and remove a dead animal from my chimney so that I didn't have to live with the smell. He cleaned everything and came back the next day to install a new cap. Professional, conscientious and a really nice guy.

Had a chimney sweep done, along with cleaning the fireplace, inspecting and installing a new set of gas logs. They arrived promptly and did the job quickly. Everything looked great and worked great and overall it was a great value for the cost. Highly recommend.

They gave us advice on care and were very detailed in explaining what was wrong and what they did to repair. They were very personable and friendly and I will not use any others again.

They were awesome. They explained everything. Their pricing was indicative of the work done versus other proposals that I had received. I am overall greatly satisfied with the work done. I will be getting on a yearly plan with them and I’m glad to know them.

Father and son duo. Nice guys and (seem) honest. However, extremely expensive compared to other companies. Other companies were actually shocked by the price I paid. Over $345 for an inspection and maintenance cleaning. I tried to get a receipt for their services and it never happened. No written documentation and no digital invoice and this was cash/ check only deal. I was never provided a business card, email or anything to reach them. Just the phone number. I'm all about patronizing "mom and pop" shops, but basic professionalism is still expected and with the inflated price it leaves me feeling ripped off. This was my experience and if you check more platforms other people had similar experiences.
