Luis came earlier than expected which was amazing!! He was incredibly courteous and fixed the problem quickly. I am very happy with him. And R Harris A/C.

What a wonderful service experience! Our technician wade let us know when he would be there and was on time. The repair was simple, but he still took the time to explain it rather than just say it was fixed and hand is a bill. 10/10 would use this company again and recommend them to friends and family. Great service and Customer Service!

Incredible company and repairs! They explain what is going on with the AC unit, the problem found, the recommended repairs short term and long term repairs. They are professional, on time, communicate effectively, and a joy to have in our home to check, troubleshoot, and ultimately properly repair our AC unit, and I will recommend them to family, friends, and anyone reading this post! These guys know their stuff and can be counted on 100 percent!

I can definitely say this is an honest and ethical company. Robert quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it. He took time to explain exactly what he was going to do and was very transparent. I highly recommend R Harris to work on your a/c unit and I will absolutely call him back.

This company was sent out by AHS warranty company. They replaced our coils and the same day there was water in the drip pan from the new coils. They sent a technician out again who couldn’t figure out why and left it that way. He said he was going to cap the pvc drain. Totally illegal and not up to code! This could cause the water to back flow and possibly flood our house. They also told the warranty company they were replacing the plenum and didn’t replace it. Stay away from this company! They are crooks!

You were given multiple opportunities to return and fix the issue. I even stated that in my original review. You refused to come back and canceled the appointments setup by the warranty company. The warranty company had to get another company to come fix the problems you created. I stand by my review.

This company was assigned by my Home Warranty. I had bad experiences with other A/C companies before that was sent by my Home Warranty company. I was surprised that RHarris A/C exceeded my expectations. Mr. Harris and his assistant is very professional, responsive and on time. One of the best in town! Highly Recommended!

They are truly honest on their assessment when they come to your home. They explained exactly what the issues are and recommended a solution that didn’t break the bank. Too many A/C companies oversell just to make money. R Harris exclaimed why certain things where happening and never tried to oversell parts or upgrades I didn’t need. Great Company.

First off, they arrived when they said they would, to examine my problematic AC system. Mr. Harris presented me with a few options, not pushing me in any particular direction. I felt that he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options in detail, while offering his professional insight. I settled on a new system, which was installed by a team who were conscientious and tidy in their work. I appreciated their professionalism, and am now enjoying my cool upstairs! Job went smoothly and as explained.

R/C Harris lied to me and my Home insurance company so that HE could be paid more to replace my A/C Unit. Back in 2018 my A/C unit went out. One of R/C Harris technicians were sent to my home. He told me I need to have it replaced because it wasn't holding freon. He told my Insurance company that "I" refused to have it repaired and made me pay $7,000 out of pocket knowing that I wouldn't be refunded for the replacement.They did a great job on the installment but Be careful using them, make sure your insurance company is aware of what they are doing.

I can see clearly from your response that you did not even take the time to read my review. If you would like proof of receipts from the installment on 9/11/2018 I'd be glad to post them.

I really wanted to go with this company, but my experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

My home warranty company (AHS) sent a previous company who claimed that my 20 year old air conditioner stopped working because of impact damage. There was no impact damage - it's a 20 year old unit with normal wear and tear and some small scuffs on the coils that accumulated over the years, and the company that made that diagnosis has a very long list of bad reviews - they're scam artists. R Harris was called out as a 2nd opinion.

After the R Harris visit, I got a text indicating the compressor was shorted. At that point it seemed like I might get things covered by my warranty - but a few days later while I was awaiting a decision, I made the apparent mistake of mentioning to R Harris the previous diagnoses of impact damage from the scam company. Well, guess what the status was updated to that very same day from R Harris? Impact damage. Nothing covered. So it seems instead of working with me he corroborated the erroneous diagnoses that some kind of huge impact instantly broke my 20 year old air conditioner. He speculated a mower caused the damage - but at the time there wasn't even grass growing by the air conditioner - literally nothing to mow.

Of course after all of this he offered to sell me a new air conditioner for retail price - wow thanks! But I just can't go with a company that had the opportunity to help me get cold air for my family via my home warranty company, and didn't.

I'm making this 2 stars because despite all of this Robert was great to deal with - but it certainly wasn't the outcome I was hoping for.

This was our first time to use R Harris AC was a great experience. Our home warranty selected this contractor for us. Scheduling went well, confirmed a quick appt. Technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose. Will use them again!

Really quality work from these guys...they care about their craftsmanship a lot more than my builder did apparently. They replaced a damper and my evaporator coil with a much better unit. The install looks way more sound than the way my original unit looked. The drain pan my builder used didn't even extend under the entire unit and there was no kill switch in case of a condensation overflow. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with R Harris AC and Heating. They responded immediately to my request for an appointment and kept me up to date of their arrival time. They were able to fix my issue in a timely manner and explain everything thoroughly. I appreciated their professionalism.

Larry from R. Harris was the technician that fixed my ac. He was very professional, he diagnosed my problem quickly and spent extra effort to get the replacement part quickly. He promised to install first thing in the morning the following day and showed up as promised. I was extremely impressed with the value and service and of R. Harris a/c & Heating and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely love this company. He have serviced our current and past homes quite a few times. Love how friendly and deeply knowledgeable the technician is!

Larry showed up and found our AC problem within minutes! He quickly fixed the issue and made sure he checked everything else before he left.

It’s rare these days to find someone who is honest and simply wants you to be happy and make sure your problem is solved. Larry had outstanding customer service and even though I am sure I bugged him as he was fixing the unit, he talked with me, and answered all my questions!

This company is trash! Do not use them they will neglect proper service and will cost you more money than you have to spend. AHS referred this company while knowing they are not responsible for there negligent work. It almost seems as if there both in the circus together. Moving forward I will be canceling AHS as they do not have any standards for the contractors they dispatch out to service you. Another company had to come out and show where this company left wires hanging which eventually were cut by the cooling fan in my A/C unit. I had to pay another service fee to AHS to dispatch another company almost a month later. i missed work and money to stay home again to resolve an issue that could have been avoided the 1st time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! -0 stars

We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from R Harris AC and Heating. They arrived promptly, were polite and professional, and diagnosed our ac condenser problem quickly. The part needed to be ordered, which arrived ahead of schedule, and they returned the next day, replacing the part in no time. We will be happy to work with this company again.

Customer beware. I was taken advantage of. $2450 in repairs and still not fixed. $1950 in refrigerant and not properly installed or charged and showing low on refrigerant....they will not make right with me but want $2100 for another situation they claim is wrong. I've had a second opinion and I was advised just how bad of a job they did replacing my compressor.
Of course this was through American home shield and after being with them for over a decade I am canceling my contract with them.
