Fantastic dryer vent cleaning service. My dryer was overheating and taking multiple cycles to dry clothes. The technician found a large blockage of lint inside the vent and cleaned everything completely. The dryer now works perfectly, dries faster, and feels much safer to use. Very professional company with quick and affordable service.

Our AC died on the hottest day of the year. Cozy Comfort and Cooling had a technician at our door within two hours and a brand new unit installed the very next morning. The house was cool again before dinner. Incredible response time and the installers were respectful of our home throughout.

Signed up for Cozy Comfort's annual maintenance plan and it's been completely worth it. They come out twice a year, check everything, top off refrigerant when needed, and send reminders so I never have to think about it. My system is 11 years old and running like new. Great value and great peace of mind.

Cozy Comfort rewired and upgraded all outlets to grounded three-prong and installed GFCI protection in the kitchen and bathrooms. Took one full day and the work was immaculate. Finally feel confident about the electrical safety in this house !!

THIS GUY LIED ABOUT BEING THE RIGHT SIZE AIR CONDITIONER FOR OUR HOME. HE DID SHOTTY WORK THEN HE DISAPPEARED AND NEVER RETURNED OUR CALLS. AC SET TO 68 BUT TEMP IN ROOMS RUN 71 AND 78 MUCH WARMER DUE TO PINCHED AIR DUCT - SEE PHOTOS, CONDENSATION IN HOME LEADING TO CONSTANT USE OF DEHUMIDIFIER TO MAINTAIN TEMP AND CONDENSATION. SECOND OPINION AND THIRD OPINION CONFIRM FINDINGS.

The tech arrived promptly—even after I asked for a later appointment so my husband’s schedule could be accommodated—diagnosed the problem, and fixed the problem on site! The house is cooling and we will be sleeping easy tonight. Thank you.

Larry did a great job getting out here right away & working w/ me on my schedule as well. Once here he worked quickly to find & resolve the problem & did "above & beyond" types of repairs trying to save me from having to call a plumber in addition. He explained everything clearly & offered to answer future questions by text. He also emailed me pics of the problem areas in my attic in case I ultimately do need to call a plumber. The owner of the company Robert, went the extra mile in explaining things to me, in a respectful manner. He sent great technicians to do the work. The work area left clean after finishing job. I’m very satisfied and thankful for R Harris. As a woman, I was spoke to in a respectful manner, as the previous AC company that came out did not. Instead they spoke over me when I tried to ask questions about what needed to be done to get my AC repairs done. For the first time in 4 years my AC is working properly, after having several AC companies to diagnose. R Harris found the problems and a way to NOT tear the sheet rock out of walls to get to the ducts to repair/ replace. I highly recommend R Harris. I can finally enjoy my home with the comfort of proper air conditioning and heat working to its full potential. No other AC company could get the job done! Very happy customer!

We’ve used R Harris AC & Heating since we bought our first home in 2015. Mr. Harris showed up at our house for an AHS Warranty job. I was astounded at his level of honesty, knowledge, professionalism, and his awesome sense of humor! We no longer have a warranty through AHS but we always call R Harris for our AC work. They show up fast, they go above and beyond to fix the issue and always offer a few options covering all budgets.

Last year our 10 year old downstairs AC went out in the middle of June...Luis came to our house immediately to diagnose the issue. We needed a new system, coils were shot, compressor was blown. They installed an affordable system with a 10 year warranty and didn’t leave until everything was perfect. About a week ago our 20 year old upstairs AC finally bit the dust. Larry came out, diagnosed the issue, explained our options, all of which were very affordable. The next day Luis installed a whole new system for us, American Standard with a 10 year warranty, matches the downstairs unit. We couldn’t be happier, now we know we won’t have to mess with an AC, besides annual checkups, for the next decade!

If you have a Freon leak, need service, want to replace an AC or maybe you don’t have a clue what’s wrong, call Mr. Harris! Robert and Luis have always treated us right, they shoot us straight, and their work is truly first rate! They are craftsman, which is hard to find in the industry. I would never consider anyone else for HVAC work for as long as I live in the Houston area! Don’t be a fool, call Mr. Harris next time you need AC work, you won’t be disappointed!
