So far, my experience is that Vixiene is an honest and highly competent AC service provider. He replaced 2 AC systems for me from 2022 to 2025. He was also very responsive, often getting back to you right away or within a couple hours.

Cool It Air Conditioning, always professional, trustworthy, dependable, knowledgeable, and excellent standards of service-time and time again. We are so grateful because we are always have received timely, reasonable, and excellent service when we have contacted Cool It Air Conditioning. Excellent record keeping as well. I recommend to everyone, in a city where we rely on air conditioning service-this company is simply the BEST!

I’ve been using Cool It for quite a few years. They are excellent!! When I have had issues the response time has been better than others. They have come out diagnosed the issue. Told me what was wrong, told me what needed to be done, and the cost. They are reasonably priced and get the job done right, in a timely manner, and on budget. I wished all the companies I deal with are like Cool It.

Vixiene did an exceptional job on my AC repair. His customer service was fantastic—he kept me updated throughout the entire (and fairly lengthy) process, which I really appreciated. Thanks to his work, my AC has been running better than ever. Highly recommend!

My experience was a great one. My technician was Vixiene and he was on time, very professional, explained everything to me and was very thorough in checking out my system. I would refer him for a job.

Don't waste time with anyone else, use Cool-It. I called Cool-it after another provider listed several items to be replaced on a relatively new system. I called 2 other companies for second opinion. Vixiene came the next day, and even called to come earlier. He spend longer than the other 2 companies checking the system and gave an honest and knowledgable description. At the end of the day none of the $8000 of work recommended by the other company was needed, was all an upscale for commission. Will only be using Cool-It going forward.
