Jesus was great, professional and informative about things concerning the performance of our AC during his check up. He also did a check up on our heating system and also installed a drip pan water shut off on our ac unit. Jesus was professional and has a great attitude!! I would not hesitate to recommend him or air depot for service for heating and cooling

Finding a good a/c outfit is one of life's greatest struggles. :) You all can cross that struggle off your list. David from Air Depot showed up on time, did the job, and, then, saved me money. It was great. If you are anywhere near them, don't hesitate to call them. He explained everything and was very nice. I may find a/c problems just to have him out again. Great outfit!

Air Depot has taken care of our AC for many years. Mario and his helper installed the new AC unit inside and they were very polite and did a great job of protecting all floors and surfaces for the removal and install. I asked some questions and Mario explained in detail for all my questions. Air Depot has a very friendly staff and they are a great company. I would definitely recommend them.

Air Depot installed an entire new HVAC system upstairs for us in either late August or early September. At that time o thought they were great. In December, the AC wouldn’t come on, they came out, said it was a switch, and fixed it. No problems. Well, now we are in February and the exact same switch as gone out 3 more times. It’s a Saturday, my bedrooms are 80 degrees and they said they couldn’t reach the on call person so someone would come out Monday. I had to state that wasn’t ok so they are sending someone out tomorrow. In the meantime, I’m having to go another night (3 so far in the last 2 weeks) with bedrooms 80 degrees.) I’m extremely disappointed that a $13,000 HVAC system that is only 6 months old won’t work. How long will they do this dance with me?

We had an excellent experience with Air Depot Cooling and Heating. From the initial call their team was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. The technician David Z. arrived right on time, explained the issue clearly, and had our AC up and running in no time.

Happy to be an Air Depot customer with our new Daikin Fit system. I called Air Depot a year ago asking for budgetary pricing on a replacing our 18 year old AC system. I mentioned that I really wanted to get another year out of the system if I could and Elbert at Air Depot told me about their membership program. It was the maintenance in that program that got my unit to last through the summer. Not wanting to chance another year, Brian and Elbert worked an honest proposal for a Daikin Fit variable speed system and it was ready to install the next day. Frank, Pedro, and Manuel, had the new system installed with great detail, including all new plenums, leak detection switch, and box media filters. The condenser unit outside is smaller than our previous unit and very quiet. The variable speed fan inside makes for a very comfortable experience. I’m very pleased with the service I have received from Air Depot, including technicians David and Randy, that have performed maintenance through the year. With service so good, there is no reason to trust anyone else with our AC and heating needs. Thank you Air Depot.

Could not ask for better service. Everybody I dealt with was efficient, knowledgeable, and experienced. I had a complete new HVAC system installed, and Air Depot made the whole process seamless, quick and efficient from start to finish.

TLDR: Overall I highly recommend Air Depot for all of your home HVAC needs. From the office staff to the technicians to the installers they are great to work with and despite a situation where they probably thought I was crazy, they treated me like they would a family member. They all answered all my questions (and I asked a lot) and never made me feel stupid for asking. 10/10 recommend

I was referred to Air Depot by a friend when I needed a thermostat replaced and a quote on ducts. Albert answered when I called and my first impression was made. He was funny, relatable all while being professional. I was able to se up an appt timely. David came up and he was a character. He was personable, funny and got to work. The price to a little steep, in my opinion, however I don't know anything about installing a thermostat or pricing it. I had a feeling if I had any future issues and I believe you get what you pay for.

I talked to them briefly regarding getting my ductwork replaced (it was 60 years old). Their pricing is higher for it in the summer and I totally understand why with the heat and the guys working in the attic. Due to this I decided to wait until it cooled off to do it. Rahul came out to give me final estimate and it was good he did since I missed a return that needed a duct as well. While I thought the pricing for the thermostat may be high, the pricing for 11 ducts was definitely fair and what I expected. I can appreciate he was in and out and let me get on with my day. He was able to get me on the schedule quickly.

The guys got here early to put in the ducts in. I expected it to take all day honestly. They got in, got the old ducts out, new ducts in and got out. They worked hard to get the job done quickly and were two of the most polite workers I've had in the house.

I had to have them come out twice and adjust the dampers and it was David who came out both times. He got the air adjusted for us and we are very happy with the services and the air flow throughout the house.

Delbert and Jesus did an amazing job setting my appt for maintenance and came out immediately to perform my maintenance on a/C. Both were very professional, courteous, and gave great advice. Thankful for Air Depot! :)

The service quality from Air Depot is great. The speed of service was quick. The people are great. I wouldn’t recommend Lennox equipment. My house is new, only 4 years old, and built by Newmark. But the rinky dink outfit they paid to install my Lennox system has been plagued with issues. I’ve spent at least $20,000 in labor alone, with parts under warranty in the last 4 years on service fees to keep my Lennox units working. My two zone system has had so many problems, I haven’t gone more than 6 months without a service call. Air depot has done work for me several times but components continue to fail. Even the new soft start systems they installed have already failed and weren’t installed for a week. So parts are trash. Any recommendation on a system that won’t fail would be greatly appreciated. I’m to the point where I just want to rip it all out and go with industrial equipment. Paid $6800 for my last repair job and the parts were under warranty so a bit pricey for a couple hours worth of labor and my system still doesn’t have the soft starts functional.

Xiviene and his crew, Jorge and Mario are professionals detailed and patient with answering all questions and explaining the details. Xiviene gave us a reasonable and fair quote on replacing the 5 ton evaporator coil on our unit. I am happy that I contacted Xiviene at Cool-it for the project I strongly recommend Cool-it, Vixiene and his crew.

Based on a lot of positive reviews I called Vixen to have him come out and check our air conditioning unit. The unit was running, but not pumping out any cold air. Vixen's first suggestion was to simply check my filters, which turned out to be exactly what the problem was. He saved me the service fee
he could have charged me for coming out. Since he didn't actually work on my AC unit I can't vouch for
his skill level, but based on all of the positive reviews I've read I have no doubt that he does excellent work. What I can comment on is that this is a person who takes pride in providing true customer support
and isn't out to simply make a quick buck.
