Vixiene came out last August during the heat wave with freon for my unit so when I noticed water on the ceiling last week I knew to call him at Cool-It. It was 91* inside at 8:30 pm. He was polite and explained what he was doing, took care of the clogged drain pan and replaced a part. He also gave me advice on my furnace and the need for a carbon monoxide monitor. I was so appreciative that he would come that night. I definitely recommend Cool-It!

Wow, super impressive. Vixene is amazing and on top of his work. He personally came out the next day and had his installers (George and Mario) pick up a brand new part from the manufacturer’s warehouse, install a new coil, put Freon in and had the air-conditioning up and running all within an 18-hour turnaround. Highly recommend, honest, good work, and very transparent. These guys know exactly what they are doing and get it done fast and efficient.

Our son and daughter-in-law highly recommended Vixiene to us. They were correct, he was very professional, on time and honest. He didn't try to sell us things we didn't need and got both of our units cooling the way they were supposed to work. The cost for the service was very reasonable. We highly recommend him.

He responded quickly with a fair fixed price (signficantly less than the local brand name services), he promised installation and arrived on time, he was cordial, friendly and professional, and he took the the extra time (not rushed) to make sure it was done right - the first time! Cool-it should be your first call. I made the mistake of calling another company and they just told me my AC needs replacing and quoted an outrageous amount.

I called Cool-it for a second opinion and they were so much better. Vixienne was very clear about what happened with my system and did his best to minimize the expense. He went the extra mile by finding a way to get the AC on my building's roof without using a crane. Ultimately this saved me thousands and I was very happy with the service.

I contacted Cool-It yesterday as I have used him in the past and have always found Vixiene (owner) to be available and professional. He came out today due to our upstairs A/C not running cool. He determined it was low on Freon and was able to complete the project in less than 30-minutes. He was able to share a few minutes to discuss what was causing the continued leak, as we have had to add Freon over the past three summers. He was upfront and stated we would need to replace the coils in the unit sometime in the future. He stated to “just call me and I will be more than happy to complete the work”. Business owners do not come more honest, knowledge and personable than Vixiene.

I rarely take the time to write down reviews unless I have a very bad or a very good experience. In this case fortunately was a very good experience. When we moved in to our home, one of the things we knew we needed to deal with were the AC units. In our first two years of headaches with different AC companies, we found and contacted cool it air. This company by far is superior to any company we ever contacted to deal with our units. If you are lucky to work with Vixiene be certain he will give you the best assessment for your AC situation, whether is to maintain, repair or replace, no doubt you'll get an honest, straightforward and technical information to get things running at a great price. Vixiene thanks for the service and your hard work. Units are running great.

Recently Coo-it replaced both AC units at my house. Vixiene and the team did a great job; very honest and professional from the beginning to the end, and with good price. He took the time twice to come explain questions I had, while the team was installing the AC units. I strongly recommend using Cool-it to install and maintain the AC and Heating units.
After several years, on 07-14-23, I also asked Vixiene to come and fix one of my units that had a short circuit. Hi came and fixed it! I am very happy with his work and very reasonable price. Again, I strongly recommend Coolit!

I called Cool It AC to request service to look into an issue with the Evaporator Coil freezing up yesterday and they said they would come out the following day to check out my system. As promised, Vixiene came out this morning and checked the unit in the attic and gave me some good advice on sealing the primary drain pipe in the attic to save me from some costly repairs to interior ceiling drywall. As someone who is handy but, realizes his limitations it was nice to have Vixiene talk plainly with me and he encouraged me to walk around with him as he performed his checks and service. He found that the refrigerant was low and explained everything he was doing which I greatly appreciated. It was nice learning more about my AC system during the process and his openness to share his knowledge is a rare commodity. I will be setting up a service agreement with Cool It AC and look forward to working with them going forward. Their prices are more than fair given the value of the service and customer interaction. I can’t say enough good things. I have never did business with someone that I’ve been so happy with. We used cool-It a while back and felt the same way. His prices are very reasonable, not only is he very heart felt and respectable but very honest as well. He was willing to bend over backwards to help me out. The quality of work was outstanding. Update : the review above is from the past and just used Cool It again today 5-31-23 and still feel the same way about him. I will be using him for some time to come. I strongly recommend him if you ever need any kind of A/C service done.

So far I have had Cool-It Air Conditioning out twice over the past year. They are friendly, prompt and fair priced, and will be first on my contact list for future A/C issues.

I was very impressed by the service we received from Cool-it Air. I worked with Vixiene and he was even so kind as to give me suggestions as to what I could try to check and do myself before scheduling an appointment. After our AC problems persisted, Vixiene came out promptly (within just a few hours!) after a quick phone call. Highly recommend!! It's hard to find an honest, reliable A/C technician. I had a funky smell coming from my A/C so I called Cool-it Air to come check it out (and was probably just going to do an annual A/C maintenance). They were very accommodating as I had to reschedule a couple times. Vixiene came out timely and gave me some easy tips/tricks to resolve the issue and said I didn't need any maintenance at the time.
