I would like to thank Jamie and the entire team for not only hearing my situation with my parents a/c issue but the initial response on the same day with the actual fix! 10/10 highly recommend!!!!

David Ziese provided excellent service as usual. He advised us that our old damper (14 years old) is beginning to act a little sluggish but doesn't yet need replacing. He takes care to explain everything in a way to make it easily understandable.

The Air Depot representative who came to my home was helpful, friendly, courteous, and did his work well. He also answered the questions I had and let me know when to expect the next visit and what they would be doing at that time. I was comfortable with having him in our home and could tell he was doing a good job of cleaning and maintaining our air-conditioners and furnace.

David was totally professional and did a great job. Our older outside condenser quit working and David was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Seeing that this was an older unit, David could have suggested a much more expensive option, like a new unit. Instead, he was honest and replaced the bad part at a fraction of the cost. Way to go David and Air Depot!

Drug their giant ladder up two flights of stairs to replace the air filter I can’t reach, but I couldn’t find a replacement filter. They were so nice about me wasting their time.

Air Depot did a great job installing my new ac/heater complete System and taking away the old one. They got it done in 4-5 hours...cleaned everything up after and tested the sytem. All is working well. Price was reasonable.

Air Depot's install crew was on time, very organized and very professional. The crew was very protective of the interior of my home. The crew leader was able to answer all of our questions. The Honeywell programmable thermostat is smarter than I am, but I will get some training on that thing. One final note, the office staff and the service techs are all very professional/knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

I've used Air Depot for years and they have been fantastic. I like the fact that I usually have the same technician come out when needed. It allows them to be familiar with your system and its history as well as allowing me as a homeowner to build a relationship with the company/technician.

Everyone was fantastic. They were very up front about pricing and options, and were able to come out same day for a diagnostic. The diagnostic fee was very reasonable compared to other companies ($90) and applied towards our total balance. Everyone was very professional.

Pedro is very professional and courteous, glad our system has been checked out completely and we’re ready for winter.

Having Air Depot come out to maintain my HVAC unit was the best decision ever. Jesus made sure he checked all the boxes on his list plus more. He helped to identify a better solution for my condensate drain situation. They really do care about their service and it shows.
