Brock and Jordan were great! Brock was honest, knowledgeable, and answered as many questions as possible. He was with us throughout the entire process, coming back to walk through the completed work afterward. Brock found a connection was loose and made sure that it was secured by Jordan who did an excellent job. These guys are amazing, I initially was using another company but called ATS for a second estimate when I had work done back in December and not only was their quote a 4 digit number cheaper, they were very quick, professional and I have not had any issues with their work.
They came out today to repair the other side of my system and not only found the issue, got it fixed and had me back up and running same day. Their guys are very knowledgeable in HVAC and it shows in the quality and expediency of their work.

Tom provided us with services above and beyond the call of duty. He is always professional and very informative on work performed and things we can do to make sure we get the best out of our membership with ATS. We are very happy to recommend ATS to others. This is one of the reasons we request him when we call ATS because of the positive experience and the fact that my wife and I feel like valued customers by Tom. We were very pleased with the crew from ATS Mechanical. They removed the in attic equipment as well as the outside units. The owner, Barry, explained how the existing duct work was inadequate for the amount of air the air handlers were capable of and had the crew replace the ductwork with the proper size for a well balanced system. Of the three bids I received, ATS was the only one that mentioned that.
Very fair pricing and excellent performance.

ATS Mechanical installed both my heating and A/C several years ago. They also provide maintenance and ensure performance is maintained on both units twice per year. I’ve been very happy with their customer and service team and will continue to use them for all my heating and cooling needs.

I have been using ATS Mechanical for several years now, and I have always been impressed with their service and pricing. The owner, Barry Granger, and his techs, Shaun and now Jordan, are super knowledgeable about our system (one unit serving three levels) and ensure it runs optimally. They arrive on time, send a notification when close, and follow up with electronic documentation. I am on an annual plan, which is reasonably priced and includes a discount for parts and repairs. Highly recommend them.

We reached ATS for an evaluation on a system for a house we were selling and under contract, this was conditional for the sale, Mr.Barry offered a free inspection. He went on time to the appointment, reviewed all equipment and indicated the repairs needed, we have another company that quoted for the same equipment significantly higher and did not indicated additional repairs in ducts needed that were damaged as well.
We ended hiring ATS for better price. We are really impressed with the quality of work, the equipment setup and all neded labor was done properly, on time and with high quality. He personally went when the work began and explained to his foreman the whole installation and came back before the time of delivery to inspect all work. He took the time to explain me everything they did in detail. Additionally, the crew protected all floors and walls with tarps and proper covering that ended up with a clean and well executed job. We definitive recommend ATS for your Cooling and Heating needs.

We were having a drainage issue at our house and wanted ATS to check out. They were able to schedule an appointment with me the very next morning after I contacted them. Jordan, the technician, was on time and both polite and super knowledgeable. He let me know what he was doing every step of the way and happily answered any questions I have. I definitely recommend ATS if you have any HVAC issues.

My air conditioning went out on a Sunday at the end of August. I really did not know who to call because my previous ac guy was not around anymore. I looked up ac repair in the area, saw really good reviews for ATS and gave them a call Monday morning. I had a service call the same afternoon. Shaun assessed the situation, let me know what would be needed and when it could be done. It was late in the afternoon and I needed a compressor so I just had to wait until the next morning to get the repairs completed. I appreciated the fast service, did not feel any pressure to have services that I did not think were necessary and will definitely recommend ATS to my friends and family. Shaun was a great teacher-so patiently explaining things and answering my questions.

I scheduled an appointment with Liliana? for the next day between 1pm and 2pm. I told her that I won’t be able to get home any sooner than that. She said that David has earlier appointments and won’t get there before 1pm. The next day I get a text saying David will arrive by 12:35. I called back and spoke with Liliana who then interrupted me and started explaining that there’s no way she knows how long it takes and that he has other appointments all over the the place to get to besides mine. Not only did she talk over me but her tone of voice was rushed and angry. Her options were schedule for another day or wait for her to call David and see when he can come back. Never once did she apologize or seem to care. I cancelled the appointment as I’m not paying for rude customer service.

ATS just follow up with my winter evaluation (12/09/20)of my Furnace. They as usual were timely and very professional. The follow up did not cost me a dime. Thanks for the great service from Shawn and his assistance.

I did my research before choosing ATS to replace my 5 Ton Trane AC. I received an honest price and great service. I screened at least 7 contractors and most were pretty honest but a few were out the window with their prices. They did an excellent job. I certainly would recommend them.

We had our old A/C company come out to give us our annual check up. The next thing we knew, we were facing a $3,300.00 repair bill to replace our coil. My son recommended that I get a second opinion. Boy, how glad I was I took his advice! Barry with ATS Mechanical came out and checked our system for us. He was very knowledgeable and such a good man. He looked around and came back and told us our outside coil was caked with mud. It definitely needed washing off with a hose. My son followed him back out and it was filthy. After he washed the mud off, Barry rechecked the Freon level which had been over filled by my old company. It had registered a lower operating level because it was working so hard with all the mud caked on it. I wondered why the old company didn’t clean it or at least tell me about it. After all, I had a maintenance agreement with them and had just spent $7,000.00 with them earlier in the year replacing all my duct work. Barry lowered the Freon to the correct level. My numbers returned to normal. The amazing thing was our air conditioner cooled so much better the next week! ATS saved me $3,300.00 on an unnecessary repair. Now I wonder if I needed the new duct work they sold me for $7,000.00 8 months ago. ATS Mechanical is my hero and my new A/C company. So honest and did such a good job!

10/10/2020 This is an excellent company. They came and did maintenance check and rebalanced my air for me. It was actually successful, which I had great difficulty getting done correctly. I am very happy with their work.

We encountered some problems with the installation, but they handled it, and I am extremely satisfied with the service.

ATS is the best heating and AC company ever! I had my AC, furnace, and ducts replaced in July, and the workers that did it were all so sweet and did a fantastic job! I also had Shaun come over to perform a heating inspection this morning and he did a very thorough job. I appreciate how he took the time to explain to me what he checked. All in all, I absolutely love how professional, responsive, and caring this company is. I highly recommend them!
