We called ATS at 2pm because our home air conditioner failed to turn on. ATS had a technician dispatched immediately and A/C was repaired and running perfectly by 5pm!!! Fantastic service!!!

Barry Granger and ATS mechanical did an amazing job replacing our three central AC systems. Two were original issue (17 years) and one was 11 years old choked by a drywalled-over return that Barry's team discovered. They have amazingly professional installers and they exude honesty and integrity with every interraction. Our new heat pumps are providing clean, comfortable air efficiently and quietly. Tom , the Tech did a great job of checking thing and explaining all that was done . Also I wanted surge protectors added to each areas in and out side. Done in sort time .

It is hard (if not impossible) to find standup and honest trades for home repair or improvement. ATS Mechanical lead me through complete AC replacement with upgrades in 2021 and warranty service on multiple issues since; including a complete replacement of my outside unit more recently. They stand behind their work and they hold their providers to stand behind their products. I have recommended them to numerous friends and will continue to do so. Nothing but good things to say!

ATS Mechanical installed a solar powered attic fan in my home to help with the build up of heat in my attic. The fan was installed in a few hours and has worked better than expected. It is exteremely quiet, cannot hear it inside the house at all. It has also saved me money by having my AC run more efficient in the hot Houston summers. The value in the long run was well worth the cost

I've never had a bad experience with ATS, I replaced my old units with new ones from them and couldn't ask for anything better than with Tom doing the maintenance over the last few years. He is fantastic and knows what he's doing!

Tom Caldwell came out to service my ac he was willing to show me the bad part on his meter and then showed the new part on the meter. And answered any of my questions. It was nice to not feel ripped off and I could tell ATS cares about their customers. My AC is back up and running. Thanks Tom

This day in age, it’s a pretty scary process on deciding who to use for your AC company with everything being so expensive.I have dealt with a few companies throughout the years and I can honestly say that ATS have been the most honest, dependable, knowledgeable company for me so far. Whoever chooses this company will be happy and stress free..

ATS was called out because upstairs ac/furnace was not working. Erick, the tech, found the blower and circuit board both to be bad. It was not going to cost that much more for a new furnace and blower since the old furnace was 14 yrs old. They recommended this route and I agreed. Best part of this process was they relocated the entire unit back to its original location in the attic. (When the unit was replaced by another company in 2011, they put the furnace in a location that blocked my access to the other units in the attic as well as my water heaters.) ATS put the new unit back where it was supposed to be making my attic access much safer. Techs were polite and professional and left my carpeting and the attic area clean.

During the past three years ATS has serviced my home ac system ~4-5 times, including repair of a blown Hard Start Kit (3 year old), cleaning up wiring errors from previous installer and today changed out Hard Start to Soft Start (Eltwin) to improve operation for use with new portable generator. In All events, from initial service call to completion I've been absolutely satisfied with. Tom Caldwell has performed all above, he is very skilled & experienced, attentive to details and a pleasure to be around. I sincerely trust and appreciate Tom and the entire ATS team as my service provider.

Eric D. did a great job. He patiently explained and answered my questions. I definitely will recommend ATS. I also like their system, which keeps records with pictures for services and maintenance made.

I'd like to thank ATS Mechanical Heating & AC for their responsiveness, professionalism, and hard work when my heating unit failed to work. We were having issues with our AC units and called ATS for repair. The technician, Jordan, was extremely knowledgeable about AC, and he talked us through all of the different options. He was able to answer all of our questions, and we decided to replace our upstairs unit with a Mitsubishi unit. This unit is now running our upstairs AC and a separate dedicated system for our theater room. We are extremely happy with the results. We would highly recommend ATS Mechanical!

I want to say first off, I'm not a relative nor did I know the ower of this company before I asked for service but I want to say that I called about a repair and the tech was at my house within an hour. After seeing that my A/C system was just gone and just too old to repair, He contacted the sale dept. for me and had the owner come out to talk to us the same day as well, long story short, I can see why everyone has 5 stars and so do I. Excelent service and sales and intallation was the next day and they finished within like 4 hours, the installers never stopped untill the job was done and they were very quiet and professional. Thank you so much for helping me out in a time of need.

After getting an quote from another well known company, ATS came out and gave us a detailed report that made sense and was cost effective. The technician Tom was very precise and gave us a rundown that was easy for someone not in the industry to understand. After the first visit Tom amd his crew were very professional and did an excellent job. Everything they fixed looks top notch! We definitely recommend this company for your A/C needs!
