Jordan was an awesome tech! Our home warranty company sent out a different contractor who told us the entire unit needed to be replaced—for $6,000. That didn't sit right with me, so I called for a second opinion. Jordan came out, quickly found that it was just a blown disconnect switch, and had us back up and running for under $500. He saved us thousands and got the job done fast. Honest, knowledgeable, and professional—I highly recommend!

ATS did a whole unit install for my garage apartment, plus some modifications to my existing system in my main house. The pricing one all the work that was done was in line or just below quotes I had from other companies, and the work right away seems to be done right (I'll update here in a few months if that changes). The gentleman that came out and did the estimate was knowledgeable, walked me through every detail of the work that they were proposing, and even spotted a plumbing issue I didn't know I had on my hands. He even walked me through all the work after it was completed so that I could verify that everything on the invoice was done and to my satisfaction. I already recommended them to my neighbor, and they reported great results with them. Hopefully this level of quality and attention to detail is maintained, as I think I will be using them for any HVAC work going forward.

I do not leave many reviews but in this case felt it was needed... Last night my upstairs AC unit stopped blowing cold air. I called and they said they could have a tech out at 8am the very next morning and had me back up and running quickly.. I was surprised at how reasonable their pricing was! Thank you for not taking advantage of people!

Eric showed up on time and was beyond polite, professional, and took his time to explain everything to me. He proactively did a routine maintenance check of my system (outside and in the attic) and just was very calm and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and thanked me for allowing him to service my unit.

I would HIGHLY recommend using ATS for any of your HVAC needs!

Finding a quality technician is always a challenge. Virtually all of them make mistakes and that’s to be expected. The question is how do they recover? Ats Mechanical came to my house to improve airflow in my office. When they came the first visit they didn’t route the ducting properly. When I communicated that to them, they responded the next morning immediately and fixed the problem. Eric handled this personally and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend ATS.!!

Tom was great. New right from the start what had gone out with my a/c heat pump system, responded quickly to my request for help and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. ATS Mechanical is now my go to company.

Air Depot installed a complete HVAC System (Lennox) 18 years ago. Regular 3 times/year check-ups.
Francisco & Alejandro installed a complete HVAC System (Daikin Fit) 10/27/23. Very satisfied with Air Depot and installing team. System needs to be evaluated, so far, so good.
First follow-up seasonal check (April 2024) went well. After 6 months, Daikin Fit is working well. Expecting nice reduction in A/C bills. Also replaced Heat & thermostat. Great so far. AirDrpot is trustworthy and very professional.

Follow-up: After a year, our new Daiken HVAC system is performing well. Electric bills are down about 25% from this time last year. We have the regular check-ups from Air Depot. The kept our last Lenox system going for 18 years. Solid company with good staff.

Follow-up. 10/2025. This was part of Air Depot’s regular HVAC system check. Everything working fine. A/C cost-to-operate has seen a reduction over the pre-Diaken Fit installation. Very pleased with Air Depot, staff and the system installed.

Every step of the way this was the best customer service experience! From inquiry to estimate for service to install and follow up was all done with expertise and friendly professionalism. Any questions I had was answered and the price for my new unit and install was less than any of the other bids that I got.

We bought our Air Conditioner a few years ago from Air Depot. We have a very reliable unit so most of our contact with service has been our 6 month checks in the fall and spring.
