I have been using Cool-it Air for several years and always find them professional, on-time, courteous and excellent service technicians. I recently had them replace my three old AC/Furnace units out with Trane units. They did an excellent job on the installation and new units are fantastic. Energy efficient, quite and keeps our home comfortable. I highly recommend Cool-it Air for all your Heating and Air Conditioning needs. You will find they are very reasonably priced and provide you with exceptional service.

Vixiene and his company is simply the best. I tried quite a few contractors before I met him, none of them can deliver the same high quality work as Vixiene does. I only use his company for my a/c work since then. He did both new units installation and old units repair in the past 6 years for me, it went very smooth every time. Vixiene is honest and reliable, always come in earliest time he can schedule. Their price is also very good, makes negotiation unnecessary. I highly recommend Vixiene and his company.

If you are looking for a reputable and honest ac/heater repair company, Vixienne is your man! We have used him on multiple occasions and he doesn't disappoint. I had dealt with other companies before him that misdiagnosed or tried to oversell what was needed. Customer Service and honest and competent work is what you get with Vixienne. The major AC work he did for us was impressive and the cost was better than competitive. His crew respected our home and even wore paper booties over their shoes. We hired a previous company to do maintenance on my AC unit and they did not complete the job. Citing that I needed a new capacitor before he can “finish the job” and that rubbed my elderly mother the wrong way. She’s old school and believes that if you are hired to do a job you should complete it even if you have to come back and do or add something else. That’s when I called Cool-it and the owner himself Vixiene came out and helped me with what I needed it most. I love that he was direct, didn’t sell me any BS and fixed our problem as soon as possible, which turned out to be a different issue entirely from the previous company called. I’m going to recommend them with the highest recommendation because They will get the job done and done right the first time. We had no cool air coming from the AC in the Texas August heat. Vixiene came out to inspect the issue the same day I called. The evaporator coil was leaking and needed to be replaced. Even though it was late Friday afternoon, he checked and confirmed they have the coil in stock and sent technicians the next morning to replace it. They also registered the new part for us for the 10 year warranty to be effective. Great service and reasonable price. We would definitely call Cool-It again for any HVAC issues in the future. One of the two A/C systems in my house stopped working, so I called the company that had been using for 12+ years. After making their diagnosis, they told me that they required ordering a spare part. After 4 days without hearing from them, I called them and they informed me that because of the age of my equipment, the spare part was no longer available, and the only option was to replace the entire unit.

Due to the questionable arguments I was given and the lack of updates about the repair process, I decided to look for another company.

The reviews I read about Cool-it include in many of them the key words of what is important to me, such as honesty, timely service, reasonable price, knowledge, and professional treatment.

Vixiene showed up at the day/time that was most convenient to me, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, which turned out to be a minor repair and not the replacement of the entire unit that the other company tried to sell me.

We've had good luck with Cool It. They replaced our downstairs AC a couple of years ago, and we haven't had any issues. We just had them replace the upstairs AC and furnace as well. Billy came out to give us a quote, and they were able to schedule the job right away. Their prices seem reasonable too.

A pleasure to work with. I've worked with Cool-It Air Conditioning twice now and Vixiene and his team have been professional, high quality in their delivery and cost effective vs. the choices out in the market. I would happily hire them again for any installation of a new system and/or any repair/warranty work needed.

Cool-it's service is awesome. I've called on them for help a few times, once for maintenance and a couple times for repairs. Vixiene is who has come out each time and he is great. Most recently I had a problem with my house taking a long time to cool. Vixiene took a look at the unit and asked if anyone had worked on it before. I told him about a year ago the coil had been replaced and he pointed out that it wasn't installed correctly which was causing an air leak. He suggested I contact the installer and have them correct the issue. He didn't charge me a cent for coming out and even checked my refrigerant level as a courtesy.

But the awesome service doesn't end there. I had the other company come out and they suggested replacing the furnace which would cost almost $4k. I wanted a second opinion so asked Vixiene to come out and if he agreed with the diagnosis I'd rather he do the work. Well, he came out and said that the furnace was fine and to escalate my issue with the other company. I did that and had a senior tech come out. He agreed that the furnace was fine and went ahead with repairing the original install. He also admitted that the original diagnosis was wrong and apologized for the mistake. I don't know if they were trying to take advantage of my situation but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. What I do know is Vixiene for sure was not doing that and he saved me from potentially spending thousands on an unnecessary repair. And he never charged me a penny for his time.

Billy arrived at the specified time and called beforehand to let me know when he was on the way. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Billy took the time to show me the problem with my a/c unit and explain the possible solutions. He even evaluated my existing equipment and told me that despite it's age it was in good working condition, rather than pushing for a new system install. Having received previous estimates for the work to be done from other companies, I know the pricing offered by Billy was very fair. I'm satisfied with the work done and would not hesitate to use Cool-it for any future HVAC issues.

I’d like to start off by saying, I called a company before Cool It to come check out my unit and the tech pretty much tried to rip me off told me I had quite a few things wrong and tried to charge me about $3200. So of course I wanted to get another opinion and so Cool It told me it was only two things I needed done and the price was no where near what the last guy quoted me. Billy was a very honest man from the jump. He found the issue explained why it happened and got right to work. While working on my unit we had good conversation throughout whole process. Billy is a honest man doing a good job and he’s very knowledgeable. Anytime in the future if I occur a problem again I’ll be calling Cool It with no hesitation. Their A/C repair service was quick and efficient! Under 20 minutes, diagnosis was done and my A/C back to work! Will definitely choose your service again.

I had previously called another company because they came highly rated and had done a good job for us before. They sent a technician out that either had no idea what she was doing or her gauges/tools were bad/malfunctioning. She stated the coolant pressure was VERY low and that there was a leak in the system. She couldn't find the leak, so her solution was to offer an "isolation test" to "find the leak," which would cost $2200!! I told her no thank you and that I would seek a second opinion. I called Cool-It Air Conditioning and Heating. The owner of Cool-It, Vixiene, came out personally and performed diagnostics. He stated that not only was the coolant pressure COMPLETELY normal (not VERY low as the other tech stated), but that there was definitely no leak in the system either since the pressures were reading totally normal.

I saved $2200 by calling Cool-It Air Conditioning. Vixiene, the owner of Cool-It Air Conditioning and Heating was VERY professional, courteous, and most importantly VERY knowledgeable. He was so nice, punctual, and did a great job. Because he found no issues with the system, he waived the diagnostic/service charge as a courtesy and told us just to monitor the system. He told us that if we had any further issues to call him and he would come right back out. I would without hesitation use Cool-It Air Conditioning and Heating again and would recommend them for any HVAC or heating needs that you might have. A heating/cooling company is only as good as the technicians that they send out, and I think that any tech that Vixiene sees fit to hire or trains in his company is going to be very knowledgeable about any issues that a residential property might be having.

I've used this company for several years. They are wonderful!!!! HONEST, affordable and the owner is fantastic! I've had my AC's serviced with them, they've installed a new upstairs unit and beat everyone else. The installers were on time, no surprises and the owner comes out and inspects the work when the jobs done. Cool It did a fantastic job for us (replaced HVAC System) at a very good price and even helped finance part of it. They are great people and their employees are #1. You can't go wrong! PS-It's now 6 years later and the a/c unit was turning on and off repeatedly. Cool It came out and quickly fixed at a very low cost. Love these guys!

We have been using the services of Vixiene and team for 2-3 years now. Vixiene repaired our old a/c for a while before we finally decided to bite the bullet and get a new system. Cool It had competitive prices and brands, and we already knew the service was excellent. His team did an EXCELLENT job. They were professional, and clean, and did a beautiful job of re-working some of our ducts (it was a mess), so that we can now move around safely in our attic space. Also excellent craftsmanship out by our compresser units...neatly bundled and covered cables/wiring and extra tall foundation/platforms where he knew the water gets a little high. We are very happy with Cool It and would highly recommend to our friends.

Only the Best in Town. After years of trying to find an honest and reputable HVAC company read a review on Cool It and Vixiene and called him to troubleshoot a non working AC unit. He came over and found it to be a capacitor and got it working again. He checked the system and didn't try to upsell me on anything in the subsequent years he replaced a downstairs cooling unit, again a fair price, great products, excellent service and no upsell, included a moisture sensor at no extra charge. Two years ago the upstairs unit failed and again Vixiene replaced that unit and salvaged some parts that we could use on the other furnace unit should we need them in the future. Last Christmas received the gift of Nest Thermostat Vixiene came over to help me install them and didn't want to charge me. He and his company are first class, honest, fair and the only HVAC company I trust. I would recommend them to anyone! The systems Vixiene and his team installed have worked flawlessly for over 5 years. Last summer with all the heat one unit had a capacitor fail. Vixiene came over at 8:30 at night and had us working again in 20 minutes. CooI it is the best HVAC company I have ever worked with! Just had Vixiene replace a 20 year old furnace that quit working. His team had us back up and running in less than a week and at a very reasonable price. There is quality and fairness in everything he does.
