10 Point will now be my go to plumber! Kelby is just a down to earth, hard working local plumber! I had a very solid drain clog. Kelby was here for almost 4 hours snaking the drain pipe with multiple heads. Snake was getting through but still completely backed up when hooked p trap back up and ran water. Turns out it was so clogged with old grease and gunk that it took a hydro pressure to force it out. When it final cleared into my septic the clogged grease plug that came out was about 4 feet long!! Gross!!
Clean pipe, clear water running now and no more clog!!
Kelby did not gouge me like other plumbers have in the past. He was clean and courteous and very knowledgeable on his profession. I feel I paid a very reasonable price for his service. I’m calling him EVERY TIME I need help from this day on.

We initially hired 10 Point Plumbing to address some issues found during the home inspection when selling our house. Kelby came out promptly, developed a repair plan, repaired the issues in a timely manner with a great level of professionalism and a great price.
Since Kelby performed great work, it was an easy choice on who I was going to hire when pipes burst in my mother’s house after the winter freeze of 2024. Once again he did great work at a very affordable and competitive price.

Needed someone to come out ASAP to check the AC of our rental properties, gave Problem Solved services a call and they were able to get out there quickly and provide services that was needed to working properly! I had to change my refrigerator i have all original plumbing in my 2 story home built in the early 80's well I needed to have some valves replaced in my home to swap refrigerators do to valve was not blocking the flow. So they traced the line through 3 more bad valves before making it all the way to main valve at the street. Problem Solved Home Services replaced all bad valves in a seamless manner to no time at all to complete the work. Very impressed by owners knowledge and dependability as well as the fact it didn't break my bank. I have some more upgrades and maintenance to take care of so I know who I will be completing all the Home Service I need completed in the best most cost effective way out there. This company here is real company that cares about us customers and looks out for us and will not rob you. Rob here came to my house and checked out my heater and told everything is good and you are good to go .I need him check out this and my water heater to because I needed it inspection so I am in compliant with the rules of the fire Marshall. Me and my we foster kids so had to get this stuff update so that we can keep fostering kids. Rob also made sure are hot water was working properly to and we are all good to go know .this man is honest and very reasonable price .also his ac work is excellent to. So I would highly recommend using him.
