Called at 8:00 am. Sent contact information. Text back for 9:30 appointment. Arrived at 9:20 am. Had a slow flow from Kitchen Faucet. I cleaned faucet screen and faucet hot/cold valve. He checked to be sure then tried shut off valves. Flow was good. He then checked faucet hose and cleaned it. It had a lot of crude in it. Working great now. Very knowledgeable and great personality. He finished in less than 15 minutes. Honest and reasonable price for service. Highly recommend. He offers other services and will use him for future projects.👍👍👍👍👍

Great company. My circuit breaker for my pool pump blew and needed to be replaced. They came out that day and gave me a free estimate which was very reasonable. These guys are great!

I had scheduled three electricians to come and figure out why three of my lights in the attic, all connected to the same switch, were not working. Rob was very down to earth and came in and found the problem and fixed it within one hour. His fee was much less than the other two electricians I had out for a quote.

Great experience! I had a gas smell in my house after we replaced the electronics on our water heater. Everything seemed seated but there was a strong gas odor. Rob helped check for leaks and got it seated correctly. It was late on a Friday afternoon and he was able to fit us in quickly. And the price was not exorbitant We really appreciate it! Thank you!

From start to finish, Robert and his team Juan and Nick were extremely professional and efficient. I had a water completely give out and leak and I found Problem Solved online and saw they were veteran owned and as a disabled veteran myself, I called right away. Robert was out in less than 24 hours to check everything out and set me up for repairs and replacement. This morning they were here on time and went straight to work. So fast, I couldn’t believe how they were able to do it all so easily. I now have a brand new upgraded water heater and no leaks thanks the Problem Solved. I had a really frustrating experience with On Point Plumbing Electrical Heating & Air. After a storm damaged my AC, they charged $190 to come out after hours which was fine. They then tried to sell me a pretty basic Honeywell thermostat for $650, which is normally under $80 at Home Depot. I refused because the pricing was ridiculous, unreasonable and I was being taken advantage of. They didn’t test any thermostat to check whether their claim of a bad thermostat was true. Later, when I called them again for heating issues, they said they won’t charge a service fee and that their Manager Tech Alexander will go out there, check what’s wrong and let me know how much it costs. Well he went there and had my tenant pay $215 for the second service without consulting me, despite me being the one who arranged the service. Overall, it felt like they were more focused on profit than on genuine customer care. I will never use them again and I don’t recommend them to anyone.

I'm totally impressed with On Point Plumbing, Electrical, and A/C! Anthony paid us the visit and resolved a lighting flickering issue in our home: it required some in-depth evaluation but only minor repair. At the same time Anthony made a great suggestion to install a whole-house surge protector at the breakers, which I didn't know was even a 'thing.' we will most certainly re-call On Point for our future needs in plumbing, elec, and A/C!

I had back-to-back-to-back experiences with their plumber, Dorian, and their HVAC expert, Alexander, and their electrician, Ryan, in the same week. I took advantage of their affordable maintenance plan, and they did not disappoint in their evaluation and recommendations. They found a few items that needed to be addressed soon, and some items that they said I could (watch) and wait it out. Prompt, courteous, and professional. Every bit of 5 stars!

Used First American Home Warranty to look for an electrician due to having issues with our outlets in our kitchen tripping breakers and our work order was assigned to On Point. We received plenty of texts and calls on when to expect our service technician and Anthony from On Point arrived on time and went above and beyond making sure I was set up and good to go. Communication throughout the whole process was great, Anthony was polite and professional and we would definitely call him again if we need any additional work done in the future.
