Ryan provided excellent service from start to finish. He was very responsive, courteous and clearly very knowledgeable. He arrived promptly, and did a high quality job repairing our light fixtures. I’m very happy with the work done. Everything was done efficiently and correctly. It’s hard to find reliable electricians, and i would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing electrical work. I truly appreciate the excellent service.

Jrew and OnPoint did an amazing job fixing our electrical issue. He took the time to lesson and investigate and didn’t stop until he found the issue and corrected it. I was so impressed by how kind, caring, and professional he was. I highly recommend him specifically but OnPoint overall. Thank you for fixing the issue that could have become a major problem for us!

Shaun Gary was absolutely outstanding! My toilet had been out of order for a couple of days, and I was so stressed about getting it fixed. Shaun came out and handled everything super fast and professionally. Not only did he repair the issue quickly, but he also clearly explained what was going on and what caused the problem, which I really appreciated.

He was knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of my home. It’s such a relief to have everything working perfectly again. I’m so happy he was the one who came out, I highly recommend Shaun Gary to anyone needing reliable, top-quality plumbing service!

If I could put a zero review that would be my review of this company. We had the plumbing department come to our house to fix a gas leak line. Needless to say the excavators were the best part of their company. As far as our plumber Tyler and his little assistant, they were very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! These two individuals started arguing in front of my elderly Veteran father. They were yelling at the top of their lungs, cussing and threatening to fight one another. Not only did these two unprofessional individuals act this way but they also cut a hole in my living room wall and tore the sheetrock in the bedroom, tore the door frame and knocked off the duck to the vent in my father's room. When I called to report this, not once did this company mention they would fix the damages, but instead begged me not to post this review. I'm just wondering if some of these reviews aren't relatives or family members of this company! I sure wish I could post pics of their work!

No lie…I have never met someone in any customer service department that is more helpful than Ashley Goodson. She is super smart super sweet and very respectful. Even when I was a little snappy at 1st. she helped me calm down and got me through it and gave me all the information I needed. Thank you for helping me out. If you guys need help with anything Ashley is the best person to talk to by far.

Ashley representative was most helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She had Chris and Daniel come out and assess the problem. These men where great at explaining, and are very knowledgeable also. Wonderful to have a company in Sigar Land that truly treat you like family. They did a great job, clean, timely, and followup fast service.

arrived on time and was very professional although I was upset based on a bad experience with another company. He explained what was wrong and showed me how he fixed it. Jesse had a great attitude and was able to gain my trust. That is important to me.

I recently posted a less than positive review on the BBB website regarding installation of new ducts. Within two two days Corey, the general manager, got in contact with me unsolicited to better understand what my issue was. What happened after that is why you should contract with a BBB accredited companies like FYI. He came out personally to see the issue I spoke about. We resolved the issue but I mentioned something else they did that I had moved on from. Imad, the owner then reached out to me and arranged for another contractor, at his own expense, to come out and fix it. Now the area around the registers looks great! I am really impressed with the level they go to in order make sure a customer is satisfied. They never questioned my concerns or pushed back even five months later. Bottom line, is that FYI is a great company to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Jesse did a great job with A/C check. He gave the system a tune-up, provided a few necessary new parts, advised us regarding outdoor water drip and answered all additional questions we had. Punctual and polite!!

I didn't have a strong sense of confidence in the individual that was working on my HVAC. Unfortunately I was not there when they arrived and my wife was the one talking with the tech. We were told the freon was too low for the system to function properly and the evap coil needed to be replaced. For whatever reason I got a second opinion and found that none of the previous statements were accurate. I was shown there was adequate freon in the system, it was at manufacturer recommendations for proper operation, and there were NO leaks in the system. When I went to the attic with the technician we noted that it appeared the cover had not been removed from the evap coil case, and therefore find it hard to believe that it was actually inspected previously. The real cause of the issue we were having was a stuck check valve, $150, and $90 for freon, and not the $1750 dollar option I was given from FYI. In addition to this the fact the condensate drain line was blocked and overflowing into the emergency catch pan was completely missed as well. Another indication that not a lot of attention or time was spent really trying to get to the root of the issues we were having.
The only opinion I can come up with is since this was a call dispatched from a home warranty company, that the contractor didn't stand to make much money from the call, so the problem was inflated as a result. This is the reason for the review, and I have canceled my Home Serv warranty plan as well.

Outstanding service and repair done by Vladimir and Chris. They were prompt and got the job done effectively. They even identified a second water leak that went unnoticed by previous company and did the repair quickly and effectively. Highly recommend!
