I can’t say enough about FYI and in particular, Jesse. I don’t think I’ve ever been so pleased with a service provider.
There are so many companies out there that do horrible work! Jesse definitely went above and beyond and my HVAC system is now more efficient.

I just have to say Chris and Valdmyr were so nice and informative. They fixed the issue quickly and was able to help me understand how to prevent this issue moving forward. Very helpful! Such sweet gentleman.

All of the staff at FYI were exceptional! Ashley and Matt in the main office and the technicians Tyler, Daniel, Jack and Dylan, who replaced the failed gas line to my house. A Heroic Response and Absolute Integrity

I cannot thank FYI Contracting LLC enough for coming to our rescue during a critical situation. On Saturday, 1/31, at 4:00 a.m., our central heating system failed. As the house temperature began to drop rapidly, it became a true emergency. My mother is a senior citizen, and with the freezing temperatures outside, it was far too dangerous to try to move her out of the house to a hotel or a warming center.

I left several voicemails for different companies pleading for help, but FYI was the only one that truly listened. Taylor heard the urgency in my message and immediately alerted Yvonne, who worked a miracle to get someone to us. Even though it was a weekend and no one else was available, Bradley—who had only been with the company for two days—heard about our situation and selflessly volunteered to take the job.

When Bradley arrived, he was incredibly kind and professional. My mother was bundled under five blankets just to stay warm. Bradley went straight to work and diagnosed the problem immediately: a faulty igniter.

What impressed me most was Bradley’s honesty and transparency. He didn’t try to "rip us off" or invent unnecessary repairs. He explained exactly what the igniter does, how it failed, and how he would fix it. My sister and I were both there, and we were so struck by his integrity. Since he installed the new part, the house is actually warmer and more comfortable than it has ever been!

It is rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with genuine human compassion. To the team at FYI: thank you for listening to my plea. To Bradley: thank you for your kindness and for taking the time to help a senior stay safe and warm. You have earned a customer for life.

Tyler and Jack were friendly and professional. They diagnosed the plumbing problem in my kitchen, then returned to install the new parts on Saturday morning. Anyone else would've left me until Monday without the use of water in my kitchen. They did a great job - installed the new parts, tested to make sure all was in working order, then cleaned up before they left. It was a pleasure having Tyler and Jack in my home, and they did a great job!

FYI has been doing work in my homes for many years. When we lived in an older home that needed a lot of electrical repair, Imad and his crew always gave us a fair price and did excellent work. It's a family business, and they approach their customers with great care and respect. For any plumbing, electrical or HVAC repair in the Heights (or anywhere in Houston!), FYI is my go-to!

Great job by Chris & Vlad!! They showed up between the time frame I was given & got straight to work. They had the supplies needed on their vehicle so they didn’t have to run out & get anything. I would rate FYI way above 5 stars if allowed. My relationship with them came about thru a home warranty service company n from the 1st contact with them setting up an appointment, to having Blake, repair service rep., coming out 2 check our furnance, 2 the end resulting badly due 2 a negative action on the part of the home warranty company. (American Waters home warranty, which I would give a minus stars to on two separate occassions. OUCH, Learned my lesson. Burn me once shame on U, burn me twice, shame on me. Changing home warranty companies) FYI Contractors has gone far above what would have been required under the circumstances. Their employee, Taylor, treated me as if I was their #1 client and/or a family member. She really sold that company 2 me 2 the extent they will be my 1st resource for any type of work their company offers. I really can't praise the company enough. B-cuz, if their work, which I will be using on my own w/o home warranty in the near future, is as exceptional as their person Taylor is, I will be writing another glowing review. Message 2the owners, U have a real gem in Taylor, she really sells your company. A real asset to your company, an asset2b recognized. Jesse & and the team ant FYI Plumbing are awesome! They worked with our home warranty to ensure parts were covered and came out quickly to do our AC blower install with professionalism and skill.
