Ryan Kerr provided came out to my home for electrical service through On Point Electrical, Heating and Air, and I couldn’t be more pleased. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the problem. The work was completed quickly. I highly recommend Ryan!

I’ve been without a washer/dryer for 2 weeks now. Longest 2 weeks of my life! But Christian came by and fixed the problem in no time! He was very nice, answered all my questions, and gave me real expectations about what was going on. He got me back in the game, and I wouldn’t mind utilizing On Point Contracting in the future because of the service he gave today!

To be honest I was a little disappointed with the quality of work performed here. The fancier plate is only fastened by one screw instead of two, it is also loose & slanted. Paid $850 for substandard work.

Would not recommend this company at all! If you can, please avoid it at all costs. Omar who is the manager was extremely mean and hanged up the phone while we were on call. They didn't even fix our problem and left without saying a word and after charging us. They also take FOREVER to come even if it's an urgent problem. It took us around a week before they stopped by and even after they did they fixed NOTHING.

This company was assigned by my home warranty company and I was hesitant (they usually assign awful contractors who require extensive add-ons before they will repair the actual issue). Ryan showed up and immediately impressed us with his straightforwardness and helpful information. He repaired three separate issues in our home very quickly, he is obviously a skilled electrician. We liked Ryan so much we used OnPoint at another home where we don't even have a home warranty. He worked with us to schedule repairs very quickly to facilitate the sale of our other home. Can't recommend him and OnPoint enough.

Ryan K. was fantastic, communicated well and ahead of time, and was professional. He arrived when expected and completed the job timely and with excellence. Would recommend and hire him and the company again.

Every step of the job, the were great... From Steve-O coming out to assess the job, and provide options and suggestions... he did great job (he always does)

And the workers that did the actual job, Dezmond, he knew what to do, and it all came out better than I expected!

And the folks in the office, that did the scheduling, even when I messed it up, they cut me a break and got it scheduled and done ASAP

They provide competent services, fair pricing and quality results

You never want to have to call the plumber, but if you do, call these folks... they will get you taken care of!

Ryan was our Technician he was professional and nice and helped troubleshoot our issue with our fan. He even went above and beyond and helped me find the correct light bulbs to purchase. He is a very skilled electrician.

On Point Contracting arrived as scheduled. There was a possible electrical issue associated with our heating system (compressor). Christian Torres thoroughly reviewed the possible electrical issue. He was professional, explained everything.

This was by far the worst experience and a total was of money and time. If I could give zero stars I would. The technician wasn’t there to solve a problem but to just sell a service. The technician stated that all of my breakers were bad and that they needed to be replaced stating that they had sporadic drops from 120v to 0 which was not the case at all. I took my own volt meter to each breaker and each of them read out 123v for the exception of one “ the one that needed to be replaced”. He then continued to tell me that the surge had damaged my lights. I swapped out one of the working breakers to the one that had no voltage and boom what do you know it worked. Either the technician had no idea what he was doing or saying or…. He was just there with no intention of fixing the problem but to upsell a service that would have costed $1200-$1400 vs a $50 breaker. Luckily I have experience in this field so I was able to double check but the company should be ashamed because for people that don’t know they are ripping off. Stay away from this company unless you are ready to write a check for a bs service that you don’t need

I usually don't write reviews unless they are truly deserved, but I feel that Anthony from On Point is exceptionally worthy of one. In today's business environment, professionalism, excellent customer service, and honesty often seem to be lacking. However, Anthony, the electrician, restored my faith that great contractors still exist. He went the extra mile to not only fix my electrical outlet but check all the other key appliances in my house, ensuring they were running safely and properly. He also educated me on how to best maintain them. He introduced me to their affordable VIP monthly maintenance program, which I will likely sign up for due to my impressive experience with his service compared to other competitors. Thank you, Anthony for being a kind person!

My technician just left our house and I feel compelled to write a review. This was the second job On Point has done for us and both times we're great experiences. The techs are polite and professional. Pricing is competitive. Both techs paid attention to details such as cleaning their area and making sure debris was not on our carpets. I highly recommend!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Lawrence came over to work on our pipe leak, he charged us a fee and made us sign a contract. Then he proceeded to turn of our water valve and make a huge mess. In the end, he wasn't able to finish our job stating “He is not getting paid enough for this” and told us he is going in his car to get the tools. Instead he LEFT WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING AND without FIXING HIS MESS!!! And then after when we call the company to discuss what happend. Omar (Manager) tells the lady to hang up the phone which she does while ignoring what we were saying. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL SCAM YOU!

I’m extremely satisfied with On Point electrical services. They went beyond my expectations, from their professionalism to scheduling the service around my own schedule. Mr. Anthony Peña was very nice and did a wonderful job working on my electrical panel. On Point also has an excellent customer service, Ms. Jessica was very polite and helpful while scheduling. Thank you, On Point!

Steve-O was AWESOME. Fast, friendly service, and took the time to educate us on what to do and not to do if we ever encounter this issue again. He also stopped at each step and showed us and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I honestly feel like he did a bang up job and it's quality work that I can trust. Thank you Steve-O! Customers for life!

Every single aspect of my experience with Christian was flawless, and if you look at my other reviews you will see that I am very transparent and maybe a little overly critical. He showed up near the start of our two hour window, he stayed and patiently went through everything with me for over an hour. He was professional, transparent, and honest; and his recommendations reflected all of that. I’ve had two other electrical companies come out to provide estimates and he’s the only one of the three who actually tested or touched any part of the system to provide data driven feedback. Clearly an excellent company. Clearly among the best in this industry.

Ryan came out to fix something that we were told would be super expensive( by another company). He diagnosed it and fixed it within 30 minutes! So thankful for him. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend!

On point was awesome! They fixed my showers(had to go through adjoining wall to access shower valve), replaced 2 outdoor hose bibs, and toilet inlet valve. Jesse from the San Antonio office did a great job, was very professional and left everything very clean.
They were upfront with all costs and I was able to pay using a card right at the end with the iPad.

We had a wonderful experience with On Point, particularly with the serviceman, Anthony. He came out to our home due to an electrical issue. He arrived on time and provided a phone call ahead of time. He was able to quickly understand the issue and repair it in a timely manner. He also asked if there was anything else we needed him to look at so we could do everything at once and not have to call and wait for an appointment. We didn’t have anything further but appreciated the offer. I highly recommend this company and Anthony in particular.

I had a great experience with On Point Company. The technician, Jay Young, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on in a clear, reassuring way. He checked everything thoroughly and made sure safety was the top priority.
Scheduling was easy, communication was solid, and the work was handled efficiently without feeling rushed. It’s clear they know what they’re doing and take their job seriously.

Jrew was wonderful he explaining everything that was good and things that we needed to be safe for our home. J you have made our children happy that their parents are safe as well. Thank you so much. He also loved our dogs which is always a great thing for us.
