We called Turbo and asked for a water heater repair and the service was effective! From the beginning there was friendly attention, also the place is located near me and they arrived in minutes!

Rene is a great technician, he's always on time and responsive. Rene has helped our business multiple times with repairing AC units and I would definitely recommend calling Turbo for AC repair service!

Called at 6am Monday morning and someone actually answered and scheduled tech to come out at 9am that same morning. System was running but not cooling. Jay came out at 9am knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it right away. Jay is an asset to this organization. Very friendly, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks. Great company

Rene Lopez, came out to access a situation with the new furnace and thermostat i had replaced the day before. Rene was able to locate the problem and fix it within a hour! Very professional. Would recommend for new equipment and repair.

The technician , Adrian Clemente did a excellent job, replacing the thermostat and checking the systems I did and outside the house. I was pleased with his attention to detail.

My AC wasn't blowing cool air. Fan wasn't spinning and was making a clicking noise. Jay provided a text message that he was on his way. Very polite and courteous. Replaced capacitor and she started right up. Thankful he came out. Will use again.

I called about a dryer duct cleaning. I was told they do this service. When the technician arrived, EFRAIN, he had no idea they did that service and said he had never done it before. Later, he called me, saying the manager said they do the service and that it is $900.
A dryer duct cleaning for $900??? What a joke.

Our tech the first day was Michael Schober. We had the 3 installers for the new unit to be installed. I had another problem that I got Christian for. My experience with all of them has been great. They get with you extremely fast. Super friendly and professional. Answered all my questions. Great company that won't leave you hanging. They want their customer happy.

Solid work from this company. They treated me well and solved the problem quickly. Replacing my brick wall, which they had to deconstruct in order to fix a pipe, took longer than expected and they were not in communication during that time. However, overall I am satisfied with the job.

Excellent customer service from scheduling to job completion. Really appreciated Turbo's 24-hour availability to fix our AC unit within the same day. Kavin was professional, courteous, and persistent at diagnosing and fixing our unit's electrical issue. Kavin didn't leave until he completed the job even though it was close to midnight, this is true dedication and amazing customer service!
