Frank (Robinson) did a great job. I called for service on a thermostat. He arrived on time, went right to work after getting the initial information. He performed a complete inspection of not only the unit in question, but performed a thorough visual on my other unit, as well. No issues were found in the units or wiring. His final analysis was that the thermostat, itself, may be faulty. He suggested I watch it. If the problem reoccurs, he recommended it be replaced and offered their services to do the replacement.

All in all, I was satisfied.

Jose and his crew of 3 guys did a good job installing a 10 Ton commercial AC for my business. They were on time and got the new system cooling great. The next day there was a small leak of condensation coming from the air handler in the ceiling and within 4 hours he was back to fix the problem. Great work and fast response!

We’ve used these guys several times. We call and they usually have someone out same day to diagnose any problems. They’re very nice from the first point of contact through the end of the job. Sean came out for us each time and is really thorough and helpful. He’s open and honest. The guys who came to do the work were prompt and got the job done quickly. I highly recommend them! Recent problem with phone number was because the anti-Christ, Comcast Cable, gave this good guy a 'new' number (so they could bill him $ for a new number) when he moved his office one (1) block: and Comcast never told him they would disconnect his 'old' number.

Incredible service. Called these guys about my problem, sent out a service man next morning I had a leak in coils, got a price from David the owner, 2 days later a full crew of 4 people came to replace the coils, @ 8:30 in am. All were very professional, and helpful , they completed the job in less than 3 hours.all were courteous, and knowledgeable, and very willing to answer any questions, the head man on the job answered any question I had about the thermometer etc. I would recommend the co. To anyone and everyone. I am truly a raving fan of this co. Also got messages from the office throughout the project telling me who was coming with a picture, when they would be there and when the finished. Have never had service like this before. David gave a quick diagnosis and a recommendation based on the age of the unit and cost of repair. We decided to move on with a new unit and he gave honest and reasonable recommendations, and didn't try to upsell me. They did a fast and professional job installing the new unit.

Had the guys come out to replace entire A/C system. Showed up on time, laid out floor covering on entire carpet. They were professional, courteous and kept me informed during the installation process. When finished they picked up the floor covering and cleaned up. They left the house as clean as when they arrived. They explained the entire process to me, showed me what was done, explained warranty etc. I couldn't have expected any more from them. Cy Fair Mechanical LLC saved me from having to replace my Lennox 3 ton commercial unit. The two prior AC companies claimed to have put Freon into my system but it didn't cool down. They advised replacing a 5 year old unit. I called David Moore (owner) and told him what had happened last week and he promptly came over to my business, put in some refrigerant, and low and behold I came in on Monday and the system is working. It may leak somewhat but it is blowing cool air finally. I appreciate his professionalism, giving me options, and explaining my situation. It is called trust and I have it with him and his company.

To give a little backstory: My 14 year old upstairs A/C system wasn't cooling so I decided to go through my home warranty.
