Super nice and honest! Our clothes dryer was having trouble getting clothes dry. Arti came out just one hour after we put out the request for a quote (which was also the lowest price). He diagnosed the situation and explained the cost for repair was probably not worth us fixing it and we should look at getting a new one. I appreciated that he didn't try to just get the repair job but really wanted what was best for us! Would definitely use again.

The dispatcher was able to schedule an appointment right away. She also followed up with me to let me know when the technician was going to be out to actually do the repair once the parts were obtained. The technician was able to diagnose the problem. He was able to get the parts needed the very next day and Repaired it. He's very professional and was on time as well.

After my initial issue, owner contacted me and resolved all issues and even refunded us on partial repair. He was very accommodating and kind.

We will use them in the future and trust them completely

Unfortunately we have to use them sooner than later due to unknown issue again with the dryer again

They are coming out to reassess and possibly due a warranty repair

Was able to get technician same day to see our fridge, very fair pricing, and technician was so fast, professional, obviously very experienced. Also I’m female and he really listened to me and I felt really heard the whole time! Gave me really great explanations during the entire repair, and was very unbiased and gave excellent advice on the best course of action. Will absolutely be calling them again for anything and recommend them to our family, friends, neighbors!

called to inquire about helping me with my whirlpool stackable washer/dryer. VERY RUDE. The lady that answered the phone will cause this place to loose customers. I will NEVER call this establishment for a repair. You need to hire someone who likes people. The lady must hate her job and maybe she doesn't get paid well enough. 360 evaluation is needed here.

I bought a new GE dishwasher five years ago, and it died. I contacted HPS appliance repair and received prompt, efficient service.

Garik and his partner, were on time, respectful, professional. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and came back to replace it a week later.

Now, have a functioning dishwasher. And, I have a 3 month warranty.

David did a great job on my dryer. Price was honest and completed within the day. Will use them again!

How nice to know the person working on my dryer knows exactly what he is doing and corrects the problem immediately. He shared what I need to do as far as cleaning out my vent to get the air to move through the vents easily…things I knew nothing about. Very appreciative of his work and knowledge!!

Washer started leaking in the morning and a technician came out within 2 hours to diagnose issue. He was very professional and went above and beyond to help me move around the washer and be able to access the problem issue. Would call on them again.

Fast service. Arrived a couple hours after initial call. Same day service. Our repair was going to be pricey, so was honest and recommended a new dryer

I first had the issue of my fridge not cooling. They came out and repaired that. Then3 weeks later the water and ice dispenser went haywire on us. So I called them again I’m pretty sure it was unrelated to the original problem. My technician Davit came out again diagnosed the problem and fixed it free of charge. He also addressed another problem I had with ice buildup in my ice maker. Davit was excellent extremely customer focused and a true professional. He is the reason that HRS now have a customer for life. Thank you.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The most unprofessional experience I have ever had. They do not know how to fix appliances, they lied to our face about rescheduling us WITHOUT NOTICE. We took off work 3 times and they either did not show or showed up at the wrong time ALL 3 TIMES. All for nothing because they do not know how to repair appliances. I am telling you, DO NOT USE THEM. They are atrocious.

Our washing machine was making horrible noises and vibration. The technician spent about 2 hours on it, now it works so smooth that it feels like a new. Very happy with the result.

The fridge in our garage stopepd working. The previous home owner left it here. Probably 10-12 years old. The HPS tech diagnosed it as they presented us with options. Tried to find the parts for us and repair it. No luck. We'll have to replace it but we were impressed by how transparent HPS was and how hard they worked to find a solution.

So thankful that we chose this company to help our Whirlpool refrigerator. They came soon after our call, on time. Fixed all of our problems quickly and efficiently. Explained everything. Very personal and knowledgeable. Reasonable cost.
