They’re so prompt. They were out the same day that I called and diagnosed the issue. Did not charge for the diagnosis, And when the part came in, they were out the same day and fixed it Within an hour. They also arrive both times at the early end of the window they provided.

Our microwave malfunctioned on Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I researched repair companies, decided to go with HPS. I called HPS at 10:56 AM; said they’d be right out; John was at my door at 11:26 AM; I told him the issue; he opened it up, saw the problem; replaced a foil plate; fixed it and was done at 11:56 AM! Problem was solved within 1 hour of my call to them! Thanksgiving cooking was saved. Amazing service and John was very friendly and polite!

So I originally contacted Geek Squad to come for service on my Whirlpool dryer, they couldn’t get to me for 6 days!!! They also want to charge an arm and a leg, even though I have a total protection membership, tell me how that’s right?!
Needless to say I looked for an alternative route and so glad I came upon HPS Appliance Repair! It was late at night so I made an appointment online, easy peasy…they contacted me back immediately and set up a diagnosis appt for next day!!! The technician was nice and very informative, he was able to fix my dryer in this same appt because he had the part on hand! That’s not even the best part… the service fee was waived and I only had to pay for the parts and labor, you cannot ask for anything better than that!!!

David A was amazing. He managed to bring life back to a Dacor stovetop that was at least 15 years old. He explained everything about what was wrong and when the part arrived he spent ample time making sure that the pop up vent hood worked like a new one. I recommend him highly! He also vacuumed the couple’s on my subzero refrigerator and had it cooling and making ice again!

I’ve rarely met a better professional team. David was amazing at diagnosis and fix. Our fridge was leaking and it was a complex fix. But David made it look easy and their prices are perfect. They could have double charged for repeat visit but they did not. True pros.

Arrived on time and correctly assessed the grill. Professional and courteous.

Today was my third (or fourth) time to ask Jonathan to come to the rescue of my outdoor kitchen, grill and side burners. As usual, he not only replaced all necessary parts (which he magically had in-stock with him) but he cleaned everything until it looked as-new. Outdoor cooking equipment lives a very hard life (especially in Texas) so bringing it back to life is no small task...and frankly, if your gear is cheaper to replace than to repair (and there's nothing wrong with that methodology) you might just keep working through that cycle. But if you've ever said to yourself: "Dang...I'd just like for somebody to do it "right!" ...then this is your guy.
