Do NOT ever use this company! They showed up, took $460 to “fix” my refrigerator and left it in worse shape. Then they ghosted me, refusing to answer the phone. BEWARE.

Whoever this company is and referred to us by AHS (American Home Shield) they are Scammers …. Our Refrigerator Started to Freeze our Food on the Fridge side. Yes i saw Red Flags upon arrival but went against it all and continued.
7-8-21 arrived at my home said this is ur issue $447 …. I was like wow … he continued to say pay AHS $63.87 and Zelle me $336.13 and don’t have to pay AHS fees 🤦🏽‍♀️ 🚩… I asked what happens if the part you fixed is not the issue. Oh just call me and I will be back out!!! Call hubby he said ok so it.
7-9-21 woke up the Fridge side froze my food. Texted the guy he said ok we be back out 7-10-21 between 1-3pm, Great
7-10-21 they show up replace another part waited awhile he did a temp check and said it should be fixed now. I said please leave me the old part just in case issue not fixed and that part was not the problem. Ok
7-11-21 woke up that AM and again Fridge froze my food items. It being the weekend I sent a simple text and no reply but it’s ok it’s the weekend.
7-12-21 sent a texted and called no reply
7-13-21 again call and texted and finally he answered me said yes we be out tomorrow morning, ok Great Thank You
7-14-21 waited / Texted / Called Nothing and No Show
We tried multiple times he replied we be out tomorrow / send me address / it’s been 4 times with the same and still a No Show!!! 😡 😡
We have called AHS they said he doesn’t have any bad reviews / nothing they can do since we paid him for the service Blah Blah Blah! So now we are $400 out of pocket and non functional fridge!

They stole my refrigerator with a bait and switch scheme. They gave me an extremely high repair price then offered me a scratch and dent refrigerator for cheap. Shame on me for letting them take my old refrigerator before seeing the “new” 2012 refrigerator. Same day; they REFUSED to return my “broken” refrigerator. I wish I had read the reviews and not been so trusting!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

My elderly aunt used this company, they were recommended to her through Angie's List. She had an icemaker that she had ordered herself and the technician came out to install, charged her $250 and told her he needed to go get more parts to complete the job and left with her icemaker. Since then he has not returned and the company has told her they fired the technician and have not offered anyway to rectify this situation, such as replacing her icemaker or refunding her money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS FULL OF CROOKS.

Do not hire this business to fix your appliances or touch any of your stuff. RAMIREZ JOSE is a SCAMMER. He says he has 18 years experience but he's nothing but a SCAMMERS and a Thief. I have reported him to Richardson police. He stole $155 from us which he promised to fix our dishwasher but he didn't do anything and now he's not returning our call. There's a water sitting at the bottom of my dishwasher still which he was supposed to fix but never did. Do not hire him please or you will REGRET. I HAVE WARNED YOU ⚠️

They charged my elderly mother to fix her refrigerator they promised her it would work for at least 5 yrs. They replaced the compressor and charged her a ton of money. it has been a month the refrigerator still does not work and now they won't return her phone calls. I know of 5 more people that they have done this too.

Honestly wish we would have seen the reviews here on Google prior to booking them. Not only have I already paid for my repairs, I have lost money missing work waiting for them to show up. This is incredibly unprofessional, I understand things come up, emergencies happen, but communication in these instances is key. To top it off, when I have called I never get an answer. I used a relatives phone and the phone was immediately picked up. After taking my money, now all of a sudden I am treated like a burden. Save your money and go with someone else.

I had them come out on 7/29/20 to repair my washer. They left telling me it was fixed and charged me$380. First time I went to use it it did the same thing as before. I called them and it took 2 weeks to get them back out and they said they needed to order a part. Now it it is 9/17 and after many calls in which they have told me that the part was in and appointments to come out and fix it, I have yet to see any one. Do not use these guys.

DISHONEST CROOKS! PAY ATTENTION TO ALL THE REVIEWS! This company was contracted out to us using SERVIZ. At first they were prompt (actually a little early). They had to order a new part and came out to make the repair the next day. Unfortunately, the new compressor which cost us over $1000 ended up not working and I called the technician directly to report the problem like he told me to. He promised to work us in and never did. When we finally called him at 5:00 he promised to be there by 6 then never showed and wouldn't answer his phone. We reached out to SERVIZ who got in touch with him. We were promised he would show at 5 the following day, that he had been delayed on a job. Of course he didn't and now he isn't answering the calls from SERVIZ either. I'm fairly certain, after reading all these reviews, that we were cheated. It's the same story over and over again.

I have been dealing with this "company " since July 24th to fix my clothes dryer, which is when JR made the initial assessment. From August 3-6, nothing was fixed. I was then told they couldn't fixed it and replace my dryer( my dryer was barely a year old). On August 10, he brings me a replacement dryer, after completely dismantling mine, and ask for another 95.00 in addition to the 183.00 I had initially paid ( not to mention the many phone calls, text, broken appointments and out of pocket money i had to spend to dry clothes). So, here we are September 16, the replacement dryer is no longer working. I've called. texted, emailed to no avail. I've been giving multiple promises and stayed home waiting and no one has come or even called. This by far the worst experience I've ever had with any repair service.

DO NOT USE THIS PERSON JR. He is a crook and a con he will not show up and when he does he will rip u off. He is a Liar ...what everyone has stated is true when u call him for your warranty he hangs up the phone and pretends he's busy . He is a CON. He was sent through a referral service then tells me to pay for a service call and says I can fix it cheaper through his company and says I'll give u a 90 day warranty. But he will never show up to honor his warranty.

I was visiting my brother in Denton Texas last week and he was hoping his refrigerator was working by the time my family arrived. As he had used this company to do a repair prior to my arrival. As I arrived he told me the refrigerator was being repaired and he was waiting for this company to come back as they did not fix the problem. During the four days I was there they had to come back twice as they were not able to fix the problem and still have not been able to fix it. During the four days I was there my brother had a difficult time getting this company to answer his calls or return his voicemails. One day they said they would be there and never showed up nor called to notify. A couple of times they said they would call back in a few minutes to let my brother know what time they would show up and never called back. They avoided answering our calls for several hours. It wasn’t until we used a different phone number that they answered. As a witness to this poor service I highly recommend not to use this company. He should have just been honest and said he doesn’t know what he is doing and return the money. I hope my brother got his money back.
