A serviceman came to fix my Thermador oven. He claimed that no parts were available at this time and that he would get back to me the next day. I paid for the service call with a check. He did not call me the next day so I called the office back. They had him call me directly and he was upset I called the office. Fast forward a week and I have not heard from him so I called the office today. They had him call me and he was rude,unprofessional and hung up on me. When I called to notify the office, they hung up on me…bad news!
