Would give a 0 if possible. Still waiting on service call for my mother for something THEY NEVER FIXED but paid for service. Can’t get a refund cause “he gave his word” and now he doesn’t remember and the refrigerator is STILL BROKEN.

Called them to look at a washing machine and they were out the same day. Did a quick repair. Super easy to deal with and great work.

I bought a used glass top stove electric he seemed worried he will deliver and pick up your old stove he's a very nice guy and he guarantees his appliances Alexa, I would definitely recommend him for any used appliance

Called - he showed up 20 min later- found issue- fixed issue. In and out 30 min. Money well spent to get washer repaired that I was dreading to have fixed for a year now

Mr Otis, came through and delivered a nice older whirlpool washing machine. There was a small drip but he drove over twice and took care of me his customer. Thanks sir.

Reasonable, priced used appliances, he buys them also. Very kind and professional. Nice business. All appliances, even stainless steel, front load washers, he can get what you need. Good price with limited warranty.

My dryer power came on but wouldn’t do anything he said it was probably the belt and that would be 160 but when he opened it up he said it was three things wrong and each one would cost 160 but he would only charge me 250 and it would only take 30 minutes to fix .

These guys are great. I called them in the morning and they were able to replace my samsung dryer heating element by 11. Honest and quick service. I highly recommend these guys.

My washer wouldn’t drain Thursday May 12 2022.
They came to check it out the next day Friday May 13 2022 to see if they were going to be able to fix it. Since they needed the part they told me they could come out the following day Saturday May 14 2002 to fix it.
Saturday came as promised and was fixed within 30 minutes at affordable pricing! Not only that but the gentleman’s were very polite. They will be getting my business in the near future for any appliance repair issue! Thank you again.

I’m excited to recommend Otis Adams Sr. and Jr. of Adams Appliances. I called this morning at 9:30, (after calling three other companies and receiving no response). I described my freeze-related issue and gave them the model number of my washer. Within an hour they called back with an estimate. By 1:30 they had come and fixed my washer after calling to say they were on the way. The Otises have been in business 30 years in the same location. They sell new and used appliances and repair appliances as well. They are polite, friendly, prompt and clean. The price was reasonable, especially considering how fast they solved my problem. They even smell great! I wish they were my neighbors!

I was given their number from a community FB page by multiple ladies in the group. They said they did fast work and a reasonable price. And it was so true! I called Otis yesterday morning. He came and inspected my washer. Figured out the issue and went to the service center to get the parts. I had an appointment to be at by 12pm. Otis assured me he'd have it completed before then and he did! The washer was fixed and working by 11:35! Totally recommend! I will definitely be giving them a call with any other appliance needs. And the price was so reasonable!!

I can’t recommend Otis enough. My dryer needed a new brain and he knew exactly what to do. He was personable, prompt with communication, upfront with pricing, timely, and quick with the actual repair. While I don’t want any of my appliances out of service again, I know exactly who I will call if anything breaks again.
