Otis was great! This is a good place to buy a used appliance. I wanted a used GE dryer and I called them and he said that he had some and quoted me a very good price. I went to the shop and picked one out and he asked me when I wanted it delivered. I said asap, so I paid for it and he said I can head home and make sure everything is off of the old dryer and he will be at my house shortly after I get there. Well, within 10 minutes of me getting home he was at my house with the new dryer. He even gave me a 30 day warranty. Sweet! I would recommend them if you are looking for used appliances at a good price. They've been at the same location forever.

This Company is a scam they send someone to fix it and bill you for several services without fixing it. Stay away this company is a scam.

Scheduled a technician to service our office ice machines. Technician never showed up, never called, never emailed... I tried reaching out to the company and left a voice mail and no one ever contacted me back. So I am going elsewhere.

Called them to repair my freezer and they were able schedule the repair right away for a very-reasonable call out fee. I even changed the address on them once and it was no issue! Ariel came out and quickly diagnosed my fridge and found the Freon had all leaked out. He fixed the leak, pumped it full of Freon and it’s working great! I’ll call these guys for any appliance issues I have!
