Robert came out to diagnose my ice maker problem. Was very pleasant and said the office manager, Frank, would get back to me with the cost estimate. I didn’t receive a call by the day’s end so I called and was told that it would be nearly $500. I asked repeatedly for the part name and cost breakdown of parts and labor and never received a response. I contacted both Frank and Robert - several times over nearly 2 weeks’ time and never received a response. Since it cost $79.99 to diagnose which goes toward the repair cost, I had every intention of having Robert do the repair. However, after having to reach out repeatedly with no response and follow up, I cannot in good faith recommend this business. Frank and Robert should treat their customers better.

Service was superb and we recommend to my friends should they need appliance repair. They were knowledgeable and shared the details of the issue and how they would correct it!

The repair techs were very polite and professional and communication was good. They were very careful and showed me what they were doing and explained everything and also left everything clean and put back together.

We had most of the repair done but had a shirt stuck under the agitator. The young man that came out was courteous and polite. Very knowledgeable.
We were quoted one price for the service call and the young man was told by supervisor to charge more than we were quoted. I don't like being charged more than quoted. It is not good business practice. They helped with the problem but not sure I will use them again, due to the switch a roo $ right at the last minute.
