This Company answered my phone call on Sunday and arranged for a technician to come on Monday to see what the problem was with our Bosch Combination Oven/Microwave. A polite young fellow Abdul came and sorted it out. Highly recommend them.

This guy Dylan Brown over charged me. I was quoted 89.service charge and was charged 2 hundred more than I was quoted.,

Excellent and Knowledgeable service and were available within 24 hours of my request. Our Samsung washing machine was experiencing drainage problems with no obvious DIY fix. The repairman from Appliance Experts were able to diagnose the problem quickly, make the repair on-site and put everything back together again in a clean and efficient manner. I could see that they took pride in their work and were focused on the most optimal repair options - and not focusing on upselling me on parts or taking unnecessary time to complete the job. I highly recommend Appliance Repair Experts and will be using their services again should the need arise.

I found this company searching the web, as the dryer in the unit of my investment apartment was making a big noise. Just minutes after I filled up the form on their website I received a call and a technician was available on the same day. Two guys showed up at the sheduled time and repaired the dryer. Very prompt service, I recommend!

I have to change my review based on follow on experience with this company.
I called for service and was immediately contacted and had a tech at my house the next day. Seemed friendly and knowledgeable, talked about his busy schedule and how he had another call across town (this was late in the work day). Told me my problem was a simple fix, just had to defrost my freezer and it would be good to go, and if that didnt do it, they would return to further diagnose with no extra charge, but he expressed confidence that this would work. Doing some research after I realised this was just a temporary fix he gave me so he could get on to the next call. I called back and spoke to two separate people and explained how the first visit didnt resolve the problem and wanted a tech to return without the initial charge. They replied no problem, the tech would contact me and arrange a time to visit. Its been about a month now and not a peep out of them, I've been ghosted.
Additionally they told me I would get a $15 dollar rebate for a 5 star review, which I initially did as I thought my problem was fixed, but they never issued it.

Dont use this company, they will collect the initial fee, and not follow up.

Appliance Fix Experts were quick and efficient in repairing my oven and it has been working great since then. The service was professional and reasonably priced. I’ll call Experts if I require another appliance repair in the future.

Fabulous response time for fixing our Wolf range. Turns out it did not require expensive parts and hundreds of dollars in labour. Technician was wonderful and I was grateful for honesty, and getting my range working again perfectly.

Kamal was quick and efficient, as well as friendly and well-mannered. He diagnosed the problem and provided a solution, which was more than I wanted to spend, but it was a 12 yo fridge and the control board was clearly not working. He also did a quick fix to my non-functioning ice maker and replaced the water filter for the fridge. Very happy overall despite the high cost.

Our Thermador Dishwasher was not draining properly and our dishes were smelling like fish. I placed a call and had this checked within 24 hours!
The scheduling of the appointment as well as the communication was excellent. All done by text. I was advised 30 min prior to the call that a tech would arrive.
The service Tech was respectful of my home, putting towels down and keeping things clean. He diagnosed the problem and provided solutions. He worked on fixing it in a timely matter and even had the part on hand. He tested the machine for leaks and made sure things were in perfect working order. I didn’t give 5 stars only because I did find it to be costly but everything is these days. He did a good job, told me an estimate in advamce.

Had a problem with my Washing machine and needed a diagnosis to decide whether to replace it or repair it. I was fortunate to receive a visit by Yusuf Mohammed. He was on time, extremely polite and wasted no time in checking the appliance. Within 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate of the repair cost as a result of which I was enabled to make a decision to replace the unit. An honest assessment received with gratitude. Highly recommend both Yusuf and his company.

Their service fee was $99 and they have a no-cancellation policy for same day appointments. I scheduled with Superior Appliances Repair and then called to cancel before any tech came out. They informed the tech not to come out. The person on the phone said the fee could be waived with a google review. He texted me a link to the google review page, which was for Appliance Fix Experts. Thank you for not charging me the fee (which is $125 according to their websites).

Excellent service on Maytag washer problem. Service call was prompt on next day early morning. Price was reasonable, but wish it was a tad lower. Not complaining though. Would call them again for any washer problems as service call was done in less than 30 minutes and handy washer tips to extend life of washer was appreciated from technician.
