Amazing company! I purchased an under counter ice machine, and after I failed to install it correctly, the service team quickly came out to my house and fixed it free of charge! If you want excellent products and even better customer service, go with Texas Ice Machine.

I had the greatest experience dealing with this company. First off the service was extremely fast and surprisingly inexpensive. They even replaced some cosmetic pieces that were broken. They have definitely earned my business. And there service even extended past my ice machine, because my truck broke down and they were kind enough to give me a ride to the nearest auto parts store. Texas Ice got us a Manitowoc Ice maker and Bin, they went above and beyond finding us the machine and the bin to match it. Considering the narrow space we have, the out of stock issues and the time constraint we had, they got us up and running within a very short time. The technicians were knowledgeable and installation was very smooth as well. We are very happy with their services. Thank you Sam and the team, you did a wonderful job for us.

Waited several weeks for these guys to install an ice machine. They will not wait 30 min to get paid. Instead they will remove their equipment and block you. I showed up within an hour after install to an incomplete job , Ice machine missing and water everywhere. Terrible customer service and absolutely no regard for a fellow business owner that was running only an hour behind. I am shocked at how the management is handling this. I do not recommend working with these guys.

I want to thank these foks. After calling around for Manitowoc Ice machine repair, they actually give me some pricing parameters. Then, after them realizing I had basic knowledge, made some over the phone sugestions that allowed me to fix it myself. It was amazing! Extremely disappointing service. They were hired to repair our ice machine, yet despite following all their recommendations, the issue remained unresolved. We were still charged, even though the machine wasn’t fixed. After waiting for a follow-up visit, they insisted on additional charges without addressing the initial problem. This level of service is highly unprofessional. I strongly advise against working with this company—completely unreliable.
