Very polite, super quick appointment made. Oleksii came to fix my washing machine.He was on time and knew exactly what the problem was. He ordered the part and came back next day to fix the washing machine.

I was able to schedule the repair easily and only had to wait one day. The technician kept me informed of his arrival time and showed up on time. He was friendly and courteous. He was proficient in diagnosing the problem with my Sharp drawer microwave. The computer board was bad. He gave me options on whether to purchase a new part or a new microwave. I chose to order the part. He ordered it, then returned in 4 days to install the new part. He was fast and skilled. I am very pleased and will continue to use this service for any appliance repairs.

Ihor M. just left after attempting to repair my Maytag washing machine that I purchased in 1977. I was very impressed with Ihor’s knowledge and thoroughness. Unfortunately, he was not able to repair my almost 50-year old washer because it was leaking from too many places. However, I would definitely use this company again for any appliance repairs in the future.

Vadym Tymchyshyn did an excellent job! Replaced drum belt, cleaned, vacuumed and lubricated needed areas. Also courtesy checked washer for noise which was diagnosed as external vibration of hoses when in spin cycle. 90 day warranty on dryer service. Would highly recommend Excellence Appliance Repair.

Oleksii arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem. Apparently a fairly common issue. He had all the parts needed with him. We agreed with his diagnosis and the estimate.
Oleksii took out a lot of screws. He was carful with the panels and parts he removed. Answered my questions. Put it back together and it worked like new!!
No repair service is better then that!!

Prior to his arrival, the appointment setup was extremely easy and I was contacted immediately to confirm the best time. Once Sergii arrived, he was quick to determine the issue, walked me through the problem, fixed the problem and consulted with me on how to avoid this same problem in the future. Ihor/Igor was outstanding! I understood he was coming to address our dishwasher that had gone lights out during the ice storm. The wife had additional plans for him that included the oven and beverage center. He worked all 2 at once and resolved and fixed all the issues. Couldn't be happier with the service!

We had a great experience with Excellence. Started having issues with our dryer over the weekend, submitted an inquiry on Sunday morning and received an immediate response to learn about the issue and work on scheduling. First available was Monday afternoon and the tech texted in advance to let me know he could be there earlier than the original window. Once he arrived, he quickly assessed the issue, showed me the problem, and gave a quote for parts / labor. Finished the work within the work window and totally cleaned the work area. I’m extremely happy with the whole process. I never leave reviews, but felt compelled to compliment the whole team. It was a great experience start to finish.

We use Texas Ice Machine to clean and maintain all of the machines at our law firm. Everyone is very nice to work with, but John, one of the technicians really stands out. He is such a great guy and is very professional and efficient. Highly recommend them!
