Texas true serviced a commercial under counter dishwasher in Rockwall. Repairman was honest and fixed a simple problem. Initial visit charge goes toward the end fee so I was only charged the for initial visit. Thank you for providing an honest reliable service!

We had a couple bumps along the way but Rich made things right. Very customer service oriented. Derrick and Jay on separate occasions had to come out. Both were very respectful young men. I hope I don't have to use them again but if so, they will be the first to call.

Olekks was very polite and professional, not to mention fast! He diagnosed and fixed the problem with no issues at all. It was a pleasure and I would highly recommend him and this company.

These people are unreliable. They canceled my repair call an hour before and wanted to come the next day. I found someone else that can live up to their word!

I used them to repair a washer. The issue was not fixed. I called them back to let them know. I was told I would be charged an additional fee for them to come back out and assess. A total waste.
