I called last week for a washer leak after being lied to and ghosted by another company. Colten came out the next day and actually took the washer apart and found the real issue. Came back yesterday and completely fixed the washer! He is very kind and really seems to enjoy his job. He is local to Rockwall which makes it even better!

I was dealing with a microwave that was inoperable for a few months and was finally forced to call in a repair to determine if it could be fixed or needed replacing. I called TX True Appliance Repair’s main number after hours and left a vmail. Seconds later I received a return call from Rich (owner) scheduling my appointment the next day.

Richard was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the brand of my microwave. After doing a thorough check, he advised me of my options, cost (reasonable) and his recommendation. I excepted his recommendation for my specific situation and he also advised me of what to expect should another part fail. He was in and out in 45 minutes and I’m back in business again with my dependency on needing a microwave!

I appreciated his honesty and willingness to assist me with any future issues should they arise. I 100% recommend this company for all your appliance repair needs.

My dryer stopped working and after another company treated me rudely, I called Texas True. Colton came out the day after I called and was SO polite + extremely knowledgeable. After an hour of me asking question after question and him taking a look, he finally figured out what was wrong with it. Great experience with this company. I needed an above range microwave repaired. I called and had a repairman at my house just two days later. The repairman, Derek, was courteous and wasted no time. He fixed the problem in no time and the price was reasonable too. Glad to have my microwave back! I’ll most likely use these guys again if I ever have another appliance repair issue.

Derek was super polite and informative. after repairing my stove, i noticed all my burners were way higher than they were before. he told me about how gunk can build up inside and showed me how to clean it out. taught me about how to promote airflow under the burner cap by taking a wire brush to that as well. i honestly had trouble boiling a stock pot of water before. i can tell that my burners are going to be much more effective.

and none of that was even related to the repair.

Colton was GREAT. On time, friendly, clean, and fast. He diagnosed the issue in minutes, and had it fixed in no time. All while being one of the nicest technicians I have had come into my home. Strongly recommend.

Here’s the situation: It was a Sunday, and every appliance repair company I called was either closed or unresponsive—except for one: Texas True Appliance Repair.

To my surprise, I actually got a hold of a real person, not an AI bot or automated system. His name was Rich, and he was incredibly helpful from the start. Unlike other companies that insist on charging a $200 diagnostic fee just to come take a look, Rich listened to my issue, understood that I already knew what was wrong, and jumped right in to help.

He walked me through how to find the model number on my oven, then looked it up and confirmed that the part I needed wasn’t available. He was quick, honest, and didn’t waste a second of my time.

What really stood out was how far Rich was willing to go. I reached out to him later that evening, fully expecting a response the next day—if at all—but he replied that same night. While I know that’s probably not standard for every customer, it meant the world to me because I was in a tough spot.

Derek did a superb job fixing our expensive dryer!!! He was very professional and very courteous. We were impressed with his fast and accurate diagnosis and really appreciated the fact that he took time to physically show me the exact problem

I waited a week to give a review to make sure there were no issues with the repair. Our dryer had stopped heating so we called Texas True Appliance Repair. Derek showed up on time. He was friendly and personable. He politely answered all of my and my children's questions and was able to tell me the problem and cost of repairs quickly. He even had the part in his truck. Also, our washing machine had become off balance so I asked if he could balance it and how much extra it would be. He said it would take no time at all and he would do that for free. He also gave tips on taking care of both machines even though he was really only called out for the dryer. He was in and out in less than an hour. The dryer is running great drying three to four loads of clothes a day for the past week. Texas True is definitely the ones to call for your appliance repair needs.

Colton was amazing! He came out right on time, assessed the issue, corrected the issue, made sure that there were no lingering issues with the machine, and finished the job. I still had an issue on my own that I thought might be a problem so I reached back out and he called me back and we talked about it on the phone and he explained to me what it was which - I had taken a video of what the machine is doing and was able to send that to him so he could take a look at it and he did which was really helpful - it ended up being my fault With towels bunching up in the machine). He was very kind and I just ran another test load and it worked great. I really appreciate the customer service of the entire company. The fact that you guys took my initial call on a Sunday and that you were able to get out here so quickly and get it resolved. Colton deserves more than five stars! I will absolutely call you back if I ever have any other issues with any of my appliances!

Fonzy came out to look at our fridge, diagnosed the issue provided an estimate and had it fixed whithin and hour! Pricing and integrity! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!
