Good service and communication. Alex is very nice and experienced. The repair took less than 0.5 hour and I wished that I should be charged by hours instead of by the job package which is expensive, $240 per job.

Terrible service. I made an appointment for repair and the technician never showed up. When I called the office, no one picked up. I called numerous times throughout the day only to be sent to the mailbox. Irresponsible and unreliable. I do not recommend this place

This company is fantastic, they had a technician come out the very next day. George did an amazing job, I was waiting for over a week for my apartment to send someone to fix my washer because they broke and that’s when I decided to go with superior appliances. George was efficient, friendly, and quickly resolved our issue! We needed a new drain pump for the washer and lacked tools and time to do it ourselves. Same day service from the time we booked an appointment as well, so as a family with small children and endless laundry it was nice not to have to experience a delay in our routine!
